I think it did make us look bad though. not because he person made an official complain but the way it was worded to make it look like we were all behind it. We have had some bad PR and it wouldn't be much of a stretch for someone to read that complaint and start spreading it as being something *we* said.
I didn't read it, I just know what the FTC is for and it is a legitimate complaint ground for false advertising(something I feel did happen). It is not something that will be brought up to a judiciary or anything, they will simply mark it down most likely. It takes a big, big deal of abuse for something to happen(especially with how corrupt things are now). If it's like the BBB though they will grade business's.
I also don't mean to burst your bubble but there is already a divide in the media, my assumption is an organization already against the movement for profit motive would, possibly, pick it up... but they're already bashing us anyway.
