If you assume that all of this took them off-guard I'd be astonished if they hadn't recalled the team leaders in for a discussion by now. Even the dimmest of the managers at BW would realise that trying to hold in the storm for 7 weeks while everyone finished their vacation and returned to work would only make things worse. Heck, that kind of delay in giving a statement could practically finish the company - especially with Forbes reporting on the issue to potential investors.

The smart thing to do is to at least talk to the team leaders, figure out what could be changed, how much it would cost and how long it would take. So they could at least come out with a statement as to if they intend to tackle the problem, and give at least some idea as to how long it is likely to take.

I doubt a statement is actually going to come. They've let it fester this long and are probably waiting for it to blow over so they can announce their fantastic new multiplayer DLC.

Hope I'm wrong.

I hope your wrong too, although this is more or less exactly what they did with DA2 - which if I remember correctly resulted in half the players deleting the game from their hard-drive or otherwise getting rid of it. Certainly it didn't result in everyone one squeling 'OHH! Look a weapon and armour pack...I'll forget about all my problems and complaints with the game and go buy them!'...

Somehow I can't see any DLC apart from an ending resulting in anyone suddenly liking the ending or forgetting it...certainly NOT a MP DLC given that the majority of people were against any MP in ME3 in the first place, and that from what I can tell no one is really all that delighted with the MP we ended up with - I think the basic view is that the MP is 'ok'.

Argh, this thread moves fast!

Regarding the onslaught of Brutes and Banshees, in the end I just made a storm run for the Missile controls and prayed for cut scene intervention. HOORAY FOR CUT SCENES.

In A.D. 2186 war was ending.

[The Reaper defending the Portal is defeated]

Shepard: What happen ?

Anderson: Somebody set up us the beam.

Garrus: We get signal.

Shepard: What !

Anderson: Holo screen turn on

Shepard: It's You!!!

CASPER: How are you gentlemen !!

CASPER: All your mass relay are belong to us

CASPER: You are on the way to ending

Shepard: What you say !!

CASPER: You have no chance to meaning, pick color

CASPER: HA HA HA HA ....

Shepard: Take out every magic gun

Shepard: You know what you doing

Shepard: Move magic gun

Shepard: For great ending

Could somebody please explain the significance of the support from Forbes? I wouldn't say I was ill-educated, but I'm getting the feeling it's a financial thing and, in that case, I am well out of my depth :)

Forbes is one of the largest business magazines in the world. The sort of thing stockholders would read.

Thanks to you and the other replies as well, very helpful. I had a feeling it was financial/investor related.

Well, I've thought about it and I've finally come to the conclusion that this is very good news indeed!

I just completed ME3 again 2nd time. I still can't get the ending. It still leaves me feeling a great sadness and regret. But the journey was truly epic, even if the destination sucked out loud.

Umm....The links aren't working. At least for me.

Imgur is detecting the referrer info and blocking your request for the image when you try to view the images from certain sites. If you copy and paste the URL, it should work. Alternatively, you could prevent your browser from sending referrer info. That should fix it, too... though it might break functionality of some sites.

Well they probably had MP DLC already lined up before release so I believe we'll see some soon anyways, I just hope it'll come with a statement saying "Yes we'll have ending DLC later on" or else the rage will be pretty damn huge... :pinched:

Unbiased article, though a bit lean on detail.  Still good though. He asks for comments so some may want to head over and share some love.

I think it was intended to be one because it was Buzz Aldrin voicing the Grandfather.
But ot me it was more like a slap in the Face.

Forbes Mag is a major mag in the States and also UK; about fiance and investing.  My dad who is old school and was an accountant reads it.

If its in there; specially supporting us is a big thing.

About that, they said email would work as well but it won't exactly arrive close together with the other mail. Is it worth writing an email?

Too simple.. I built a time machine that took me into the future to a point where the link had evolved and fixed itself.... sadly the time machine broke right before I came back and I forgot to see how all this turns out... man am I kicking myself now :(

Hello all. I am also one of those who was reading these forums for years, but never commented. ME3 was my most awaited game ever, and I know of games, I have around 350 original titles. My mother said to me I act like a child, and I am 42, just because I took days off for playing, and finished it right away almost without sleeping. I very much liked the game, it was very touching...until the end. Well, it's not a surprise, I hated it- otherwise would not post here. I read you since page 300 or so...as I see no reaction from BW I thought here I come to strengthen the moral:)
Hungarian fleet, reporting! ( sry for my English...)
Btw, i came across this, interesting fortune teller writers there...

Think its worrying that we have spent more time on these forums than actually playing ME3 now?

Wonder if this is exactly what BW wanted? How many have now joined these forums and followed BW staff etc on twitter.

Why a MP DLC anyways? I thought there is already a MP function in ME3?
