It's like the bad ending to ME2 where Shepard dies. Joker (BW) is all that's left and here come the Reapers (pissed off customers)Aeyl wrote...

It's been stated repeatedly that they were waiting until everyone had a chance to play the game before making any statements or participating in any discussions about the game...so, if they're smart, they'll post something next week because Japan came online yesterday...
And they're angry.
It sounds so epic when you read that statement while listening to the ME 3 soundtrack.
"And they're angry"
*epic Mass Effect 3 music in the background*
But yes, the ending defintely carried the ability to confuse and upset people across any/all culture barriers. Sort of impressive really.
So we can't get the ending we want after all?

Is that significant? I never felt very confident that my Shepard DID destroy the Reaper threat. But it does make me think that we're supposed to take the ending at face value and that the Starchild sequence was, in fact, real and not in Shepard's head. Also, it leads me to think that Bioware felt that the ending was conclusive.
Again, this is all pure speculation on my part. Kind of disheartening. But maybe other people read it differently or don't attach significance to it.
Ugh.

Hackett's voice is definitely one of the best voices in the game for me. He's not Liam Neeson, Morgan Freeman level but his voice is strangely soothing and strong to me.
You must've watched the Alien movies, right? The first 3 at least? Because that, my friend, is the synthetic known as Bishop. He also played a role in the first AvP movie.
Who wouldn't put trust in the voice of Charles Bishop Weyland?
Huh, I never watched any of the Aliens movies all the way through actually. I caught the last 30 minutes of the second movie on a late night marathon years ago. I liked it, then I saw the first 5 minutes of the third movie invalidating everything and turned if off immediately.

Hey now, I may like Spike, doesn't mean I like "all" dubs. Naruto makes me want to shoot myself.
Fair enough. I'm just a big fan of the original voices for Cowboy Bebop and Trigun and other old ones.
In fact I can't think of any which I don't prefer Subs apart from the original GITS film where only had a dubbed copy to watch for a couple of years before seeing the original....
Still each to their own.

24th Tennessee Sharpshooter Battalion reporting in!
Hm... I can't seem to get the site to work. All I see on the pages is the little disclaimer message. Oh well.
Also... Yeah!!! Another TN person here! I was beginning to think I was the only one representing. Welcome to the fold!

Wow, didn't see that before. I love the quote "we wanted to give players the chance to experience an inspiring and uplifting ending". They REALLY dropped the ball hard on being inspiring and uplifting, and we wanted endingS, not one depressing ending that you get no matter what choices you make along the way.
