Guys, this is where we need the really talented writers to come in as well. Anyone remember what page that post was on about the alt ending? The one with all the epilogues and shepard's children going to a new galaxy?

And please, please, please! Be respectful and formal as possible there. This is where they are going to collect their information from if we come off as a bunch of "Durrr fix ur own ending" (not saying anyone in this thread has, but just incase) then the momentum we just got (which is a hell of a lot more than we had 3 hours ago) goes away.

List your problems, talk about the plotholes and how you would like to see them patched, be specific as possible, talk about how the ending felt, use other Bioware games as examples, but most of all be as crystal clear as possible. This is where we stop just standing and holding the line, and start making steps forward with that line.

I'll spend an hour or two on a decent, formulated review of good and bad, encompassing the whole game, nay series, but focusing on the ending. Can't do it now though, too late here in the UK.

Guys, this is an ongoing dialogue. Casey's post is not the final definitive answer to your concerns. This is a collaboration.

In order to be successful in this, I need you to help me gathering feedback and tell us what you want to see. I understand that people are still feeling emotionally raw or untrusting, and I'm not saying it's not valid to feel that way. However, if you want to see your feedback implemented, this needs to become constructive and rational.

Complaining more isn't going to get you what you want. Tell us what you need. Make polls, collect your thoughts. Chris and I are gathering this information and the developers are listening.

This is a partnership. Let's have hope and make your voice heard - that includes positive feedback too (if you like something we're doing, tell us so we know to keep it up!).

So, guys, let's get moving!! We need to be as organized as possible and make it clear that we do not want in game dlc (at least not yet) and what we want exactly from the end.

It is far from over. We just got them to really listen to us!

is this a good cap bad cap, game?

No I think they're concerned since its a bigger percentage of players that hate/dislike the ending than they thought. Problem is there's really no place to neatly collect our thoughts on what we want its just a lot of us firing off our thoughts and frustrations all over the place

I'd tread with caution with that quote of hers. She's right that we need to get some solid ideas rolling, after all without that our cause falls flat (though it's sad we are doing their job for them). But this is also part of the PR damage control method.

So while ignoring it is foolhardy, trusting it completely can lead into a very cleverly hidden trap.

As per example "You will know that there’s a genuine need for dialogue in the corporate bunker when the message turns from “we’re listening” to “we acknowledge we may have
a disconnect with our consumers and are willing to discuss a meaningful
solution to the problem.” It signals an end to non-committed deflection
and opening genuine talks to solve the problem (it’s knows as “Exposing
Your Throat” btw). At present, you’ll notice Bioware/EA has only said
they will “explain” the endings. That’s not a give, that’s a delay
tactic."

They made a thread: http://social.biowar...8213/4#10099038

And we can always use this poll to give them a broad idea and then express our opinions:

http://social.biowar.../index/10071250 ' class='bbc_url' title='Lien externe' rel='nofollow external'> http://social.biowar.../index/10071250

GUYS, please vote and give your feedback to both the survey and the thread. This is our time to make them understand we need a better ending and what exactly we want. They are listening and it might be the only chance we get.

That my friends is a superb PR spin on 45,000 players and whoever is not on BSN. It effectively says, game over. There wont be another ending.
Well atleast the kids got a good chunk money outta this.

I wouldn't be so quick with that. I believe this means that they are starting to feel the heat. This is us forcing them to play their hand. At this point they are making  a lot of statements similar to this hoping to get us to back down. Right now is a critical juncture for us this could be our make or break moment. We can't back down.

Everyone here should remember that what we are doing is working. They are scared of this movement because they have never seen anything like it before.
They thought they could just buy us off and make us quiet with a free weekend of TOR. It failed.
They thought the movement would lose steam if they offered us some big mp mission crap. It failed.
They thought that hudson's comments would demoralize... us and derail this whole movement. It failed
They think if they just wait and keep giving us more stuff we will give in. It will fail.
We are going to hold this blasted line to the last! We are going to take our games back showing them that they need us! (All in a paragon manner of course but we are still gonna hold this fraking line!)

If you need motivation to believe that we are having an effect read this: http://social.biowar...ndex/10084349/1

I agree 100%
We should post our thoughts there, given that the indoctrination theory is correct we should put ideas for what should come after this so called ending. But once we've done that we should by no means think that that is that and just go about our daily business. We need to keep the pressure on to signal to them that this is not OK.

Keep holding the line people
, but remember to be polite and constructive about it.

Does anyone here honestly believe they need more information on what is wrong with the ending? It has been beaten to death in probably 100 or more threads, not counting this one. The same can be said with what we expected the ending to have.

*shrugs* At best this is a stall tactic while they create an ending that makes sense.

Part of me is almost tempted to believe that the ending was planned to be this bad, and that they have a "real" ending waiting for when the game is released world wide. The ending is just so bad its surprising it got through any quality control.
