ya know, i'm kindof of a mind that, if someone wants to prance through the game pickin daisies an singing old ABBA songs, then yeah, the world ends, the galaxy ends, everything goes dark. You lose, but if any effort is put into it at all, then there should be choice. The choice to blow up the universe or save it, the choice to keep living, or, get it over with.. Maybe Shep becomes one of us pscho PTSD types who cant live with the kid in his head and offs himself.. Its still a better ending than ME3, but, Or maybe he's able to get a grip and do something worthwhile ( like the person that wants little blue babies). Or maybe, he/shes just an ordinary person living extraordinary times, doing extraordinary things and once its all done with, really needs a shrink and a shot of vodka.. Thats a different story though. My point is, as we play it, all these choices should be available too us. Not just red blue or green death.
That's why we are so disappointed.
We've invested so many hours, so many feelings in our gameplays, only to get this?
That's why we fight.
For and ending worthy of the Mass Effect series!
Hold the line!
