The "suggested changes" thread is nice, and I hope they do something with the ending, but I think they're still trying to blow us off. Getting us to blow off steam somewhere and then wander away and forget about all this.
So If by next week they haven't made a concrete promise to try and do something about the endings, I'll cancel TOR and state very clearly why when I do it. I have to do something. Being vocal here is good, but I don't think it will be enough, and people *will* get very tired eventually, no matter how much they might want to keep supporting this. Good plan, I think a lot of people are/have/will cancel their TOR subs. Its a good way for them to understand they are loseing money over this.
I've thought about it, but while TOR has it's problems, if it crashes and burns then so does BioWare which means we'll never get to see a decent ending for ME3.
Also, it'd feel a lot like cutting off my nose to spite my face.

If Bioware goes bust it will be because they refused to make any changes. However if they were to go bust they would try to sell off their assets, which would include the MMO and the Mass Effect brands. Both are likely to be picked up by other companies, and in the case of ME3 it is probable that anyone picking up the titles would do what Bioware refused to do - change the ending - if only so they could continue using the game universe in future games.
Not to mention that they won't take us seriously unless we hit them where it hurts, aka their wallets...
Yeah, but AFAIK TOR is part owned by EA and I'd far rather it stayed with BioWare thanks ^^ Also, EA would probably end up owning Mass Effect as well.
