The Makos have been tuned up and refuelled, and the crews have Guinness and corned beef. We will hold the line until we are a pile of smoking scrap, and then hold the line some more.

So does anyone think BW employees should be worried about layoffs?
I mean a flagship product launches and EA stock is the lowest its been since the EA Spouse debacle. Around the BF3 launch window EA stock had a productive trading period, some of that was holiday trading but a large chunk can be attributed to a highly publicized product launch (BF3).
Here we have another highly publicized product launch (comparable if not greater than BF3s) and the stock hiccups and reaches a local low. Normally at this point its time for "cost saving measures", especially when you have all these employees coming off ME3 and moving on to other projects (in my experience transitions are the best time to fire).
Should the BW employees be worrying about their jobs?

How long do we have to wait to get a simple answer?
april 6th? when they will announce more mp dlc and a weapons pack? <_<
...Yea, good luck selling those Bioware <_<
Sad that some will jump at the chance to buy it depending on how appealing marketing makes it look. I do wonder what would happen if they only sold say 50-70 dlc content packs. Would that be an eye opener or a minor setback?

I guess that they want us to surrender, but we will hold the line.
No Company had ever faced such compassionate fans before.
We will not show Pity. We are here to make them regret for killing our Shepards and our Multiple Playthroughs
WE ARE NOT ALONE.

That's why saying its about the journey kind of falls flat. The journey can be a good one heck it can be an amazing one but if the destination fails to deliver and what was the point of going all that way.
case in point this is what Max Payne said:
"They were all dead. The final gunshot was an exclamation mark on everything that had led to this point. I released my finger from the trigger, and it was over".
So while the journey was a good one the destination is where everything came together and that's exactly what Mass Effect needs an exclamation mark of everything that has lead to that point.

I.. don't know.
I hope not.
Sure, we are angry at them for the ending, but we still need them to fix it.
And I, for one, still hold them dear for everything that was and still is great in the Mass Effect series.

I think it is worth repeating that we should keep things civil and polite.
First, they WANT us to get angry and start raging at them because this weakens our position.
Second to start throwing insults around in VERY unfair to the Bioware staff as a whole. Those BW Staff we have had direct or semi-direct contact with have no influence on if a new ending will be made, nor were they responsible for what we ended up with.
Last of all I, and part of the second point, is that I think we should doff our caps at those BW Staff who have ended up on the front lines, trying to either defend the game or at least ended up trying to do damage control for the mistakes of others. The staff on this board have handled this situation, and us, far far better than we (and quite probably Bioware itself) have given them credit for.
They have only shut this thread down once, and then purely because someone started posting copyrighted images in it - which they removed before opening the thread again. True, some of their 'hands off' approach will have been down to the thread remaining civil - and to a large extent because we have self-moderated to a large degree. But I think we should still thank them for their understanding and the professional and common sense manner with which they have faced the situation.
