Ok, how polite should i be in my e-mail to bioware?
As polite as you can be.
No bashing at all.
We have to be reasonable.
Should I put in my name or username at the bottom?

By the way what is Bioware's contact information?

Let's send tons of e-mails with this image.
No. That is the wrong thing to do. That just validates our supposed immaturity in the eyes of everyone keeping their attention on this.

You know, I'm starting to dread that if they do fix the endings, they'll just take care of the plot holes, and nothing else. I mean... yeah, it'd be better than what we have now, but not nearly enough...

So long as the hold their hands up and admit the mistake they've made, that'll be enough.
But even free DLC to fix this won't ever take away that feeling of betrayal I felt when I realised I'd been had.
Regardless of the truth of what occurred, that crushing sense of defeat and futility will be with me for a very long time and no amount of "Here, have a freebie!" will take it away.

i was reading this thread a while ago and if you feel like spamming EAs or BIOWAREs email account perhaps we should set up a spam account an a constructive critique account.
that way the constructive critics won't get lost in spam.

So I just posted my thoughts over in the official suggestions thread. Take a look.
Very good post. I really hope BioWare reads that.

Actually made the effort to read through all of this, and I think you did a very good job.TSC_1 wrote...

You
eloquently convey the reasons why the ending is bad, by simultaneously
hinting your love for the franchise and your appreciation for the
writing in general.
The one thing that I might add is more feedback regarding how the end should be. We can't give them any wrong ideas there.
I
too, would be willing to - grudgingly - pay for ending dlc, under the
condition that we would get something that actually measures up to the
series as a whole. In all your talk about promises (some of which I
think weren't actually made) you forgot one of the most important ones
regarding this issue: "16 different endings" - when in fact we got 1.
That's cheap, that's lazy, that's borderline insulting.
All the major decisions in all the games, the surviving crewmembers and allies, and the EMS of ME3 should matter.
I want to see that Volus bombing run. I want to see those living Elcor
Tanks I've saved. I want to see the Thanix cannons that many fleets
equipped due to the Tech I've salvaged do some actual damage. There's so
much that could happen based on what we did.

Just finished the game a couple of hours ago.
Before hand I thought - "Surely it can't be that bad can it?"
Frell me - how wrong I was.
After nearly 2000 hours of gameplay spread across all 3 ME games. It comes down to some stupid Starchild that nobody has ever heard any mention of before - let alone seen. Giving you a choice between doors 1, 2 or 3 like some presenter on a quiz show.
Christ, that has to be the most disapointing, jarring, tacked on, mockery of an ending that i've ever witnessed.
It makes playing the entire trilogy pointless.
Seriously, the moment Shepard starts making the run for the light beam. The game turns into a farce.
Somebody at Bioware must be a fan of Gainax, because if there was ever a Gainax ending - this it it.

Oh and on a side note...
Why did they have to go the Earth route to get to the Citadel anyway? Why not just go to Ilos and use the conduit?
