E-mail sent, I have been as poilte and civilised as I could be regarding the situation and hope that in the future, action like this will not be required to keep us, the fanbase, happy with our product and continue to be indoctrinated... I mean continue to buy products of this franchise without a call-to-arms.

I don't want Bioware to be punished, hell, I don't even care if they don't issue an apology, I just want this crisis to be resolved, and both sides to continue this symbiotic relationship that is producer and consumer. I understand Bioware trying to tie loose ends, if they knew the outrage it would bring, I believe that they would have not done this.

I do strongly believe that Bioware could prevent issues such as this by implementing a marketing/developing strategy granting the players a view on what they're developing. Something like a poll giving us options (such as multiple images for a new race or weapon, or vague questions about what we would do in certain situations which they could then implement into their games) about what we think of certain things. Things like this would really prove that Bioware is on our side and it'd help public relations a lot.

You know...reading all of Jessica's tweets there, and trust me, I think she has been really cool throughout the process, I think everyone is getting way too much false hope out of them.  All of them are basically telling you to play out that scenario in your mind.    

Between Casey typing a bunch of words but not saying anything and this realization, just getting frustrated again.  I really wish they would just come out with the truth of "No, we are not really considering a new ending.  This was our vision and this is how we are ending it."  Granted, I would be like WAY happier with "Yep.  New ending DLC on the way at some point.  Just be patient."  Eh...I am just taking choice C and turning everyone into cyborgs because that falls right in character as to what Shepard would do?

Ohh, Jessica is secret weapon number one..  Charming, Astute, engaging, and incredibly intelegent she carries a charisma that is quite disarming.. However, she is only biowares receptionist to the world. Nothing more. She has no say in bioware, and can effect no changes ( not that she would as what she gets paid for is staving us off )..
