I realize it's still a bit ambiguous, but the fact Kotaku is posting it tells me that it's probably everything we've been asking for.

I just read the article and it's a statement made by Hudson a very little while ago. But I do not see anything regarding a *promise* for new endings, more closure and whatnot.
