A little offtopic, but another plot inconsistency just dawned on me. If the story is being told by the man to the child, it means he also depicted all the sexual scenes in similar detail as in the game. What does that make him? : ) Or it must be a society truly free of any of the regular morale.

It's like How i met your mother when Ted tells his kids how often he "met" their aunt Robin :D

Lol all the lies overshadowed by the ending, briliant, no?

For me, not really. I could have lived with all those small "lies", holes, changes, because the game was so enjoyable in itself. But because of the ending, I keep seeing all of those things that irked me.

i think that with a "good" ending, closure of this trilogy, i would never paid attention to this site and so many other describing the so many flaws is this apparent gem, but now i see them all :crying:

Small things here and there, some scenes don't make sense, Glitches where a door that should open doesn't, you can't import you save face on the 360, etc...

Haha or the fairly graphic scenes. "And then the colonist screamed as Shepard watched helplessly. Tiny seeker swarms tore her to pieces, processing her alive into biological mush. Isn't that grand, little Timmy?!"

I'm the opposite: now that I know the ending I don't really care anymore about the problems that irked me before (Journal, Chobot, 2 choices in most dialogues, EDI as a companion, no mention of Dark Energy, ...). All I care about now is having some closure :/

This kid understands btw (probably already posted, but I find it a nice video)

I don't recall any scenes not making sense, maybe if I played it again I would. I never notice stuff like that on a first playthrough to be perfectly honest. I noticed glitches but laughed at most of them, except the stupid crap frame rate on PS3 that sucks.

tali's face issue (and fingers lol...), the fact that most of the time you don't lead the conversations but only repeatedly click on the character and he doesn't even look at you, the fact that you can't track the quest properly (damn, at the end i kinda even enjoyed more the planet scanning from me2,... and i can go on but it's too depressing lol

Well in the Liara romance, when she's talking about her little box  for the future she refers to Shep as a good friend, then another scene where she says I wish we could stay like this...just friends.. and then you can reply you want to be more than friends... even though you established that in ME1 again in ME2 LOTSB and in the beginning of ME3. Makes no sense.

Well.... there's the rachni. Have you wondered what's the difference between the version that you let the queen go, and the one that you kill her? What queen has been captured by the Reapers?

Or, if you'r Shep was only friends with Jacob, or with Thane, then the way they are portrayed are perfectly fine. But, if either of them was the LI, then it's not at all. Especially with Thane, he's entire personality change is just ignored. And Jacob, he would just rub it in your face that he's having a kid on the way.

And lol, sorry for pointing those out.

As for the game itself, I thought it was good. I actually do think characters were a bit more in depth. In ME2 they rarely bantered with each other. I can think of a few times like Garris and Tali talking about their old elevator rides, but that was rare. In ME3 they bantered quite often with each other. IMHO at least, recognition of your squad mates in the story was much better. The story was emotionally charged and though the pacing felt maybe a bit too fast (It didn't feel like you could really savor any of the locations you went to), I suppose that fit the hectic tone of the story. Nah my main gripes were having to wait so long AGAIN to get Tali (my first pick LI, no question) as well as how boring exploration was. I know its probably never the most popular aspect in any of the games, but at least you went down and did stuff for your side missions. In three you mostly just scan planets for war asset popups. I should say those were my main gripes until I hit the ending. :P

I agree with this sentiment. I started a new playthrough so I could be with Liara (first I had to do tali :innocent:). I'm finding it unsatisfactory. Haven't reached the end yet, but when I bumbed into Tali I really wanted to just dump Liara. Hope it gets better.
