For those playing MP and want a better ending to the SP I request that you boycott the MP for now, I know I'm asking a lot, but a strong message needs to be sent, it's no shame if you continue with MP, but EA will not hesitate to use it as PR.

What about those of us playing SP to see if you can unlock every ending without MP? I mean, they can track SP stuff just as well (they did in ME2) so shouldn't SP players hold off in case they decide to use those stats as PR as well?

Just google it, you can't.

And even then, the endings are essentially all the same.
So what's the point

Also try not to play anything EA/Bioware.
We want to have their attention.

Hold the line!

Man is right. We should not play anything Bioware so they know Retake Mass Effect 3 is serious business. I do not touch any of their games until I hear some reasonable devs statement.

Actually, It would be nice if everyone logged off Origin until we hear something constructve from devs as well.

Here's another poll, this time from german Gamestar Magazine. It's on the frontside of their website currently.
May have been posted before.

Voters: 14824

Light Blue - The ending ruined the whole series.
Brown - I'm dissappointed.
White - Haven't finished the game yet.

Red and Blue liked the ending. (booh)

Hold The Line!

Half of the fans hated the ending.

yea and 22% of the voters haven't finished it yet, so that only leaves 3% that were really happy with it.

BW loses nothing if people stop playing MP. We love the series, the whole story, we lived in this universe for 5 years. If we quit MP it wont matter at all. It's the lack of future support BW should be scared of, which is in my case a strong statement i will not buy any DLC that has pre-ending content, nor any other game BW releases. I love their work but if they end it like this, without even a shadow of hope and sense then there is just no point.

HOLDING THE LINE

It's not about Bioware losing stuff.
It's just that numbers tell.
They keep track of the number of players in MP.
If that number drops abruptly, they are bound to realize that something is going on, that we are serious.
But, hey, I am not forcing anyone to do anything.
If you really do want to play MP do it, I guess.

For those who have yet to read the PR/Damage Control thread, you can read it here:

http://social.biowar...ndex/10084349/1

It isIMPERATIVE that everyone holding the line read this. As posted in the other thread, I think it would be best if we assume that unless Bioware gives us a definitive answer on what they're going to do (with the problem at hand), it's best to assume that everything they say is just PR spin.
While some people from Bioware might really care about us, not to sound melodramatic, but we are at war. We're already the underdog but they'll keep using tactics to dismantle us. If any of you have played Romace of the Three Kingdoms or any of the Dynasty Warriors games, this tactic would be called "Charm." They almost succeeded (or maybe they did? Some were 'charmed'), thank God for our own PR guy to make sense of it all.

Hold the line!

We need to be careful not to be 'charmed' and hold the line.

Another thought.

About half way through, I think, Shepard is talking to Anderson on the vidcom and Anderson tells him that the Reapers are "up to something" in London. This occurs long before the Citadel goes to Earth.

What were they up to? Just another thing that makes me think Bioware are playing us for fools. There's a whole lot more to the game than we were given. I hope BW/EA are happy. I hope their investors are not.

That is choice, I'm not telling people to boycott MP, I'm "requesting" they boycott it, it will send a stronger message, I'm certainly not going to slam folk who want to continue playing MP, it's their choice.

Probably just building the beam/conduit for when they do go get the Citadel. Easy transport. They were gonna make a Reaper inside the Citadel judging from all the bodies in there. Anderson says they took people there aswell I think.

I refuse to accept that. I've already noticed you can't by getting 100% completion of ME3, so I'm importing other Sheps to see if decisions from previous games affect it at all. Right now I'm working on a Wreav/Sabotage cure (I've heard he never figures out the sabotage), Quarian/Geth peace run with all 12 ME2 squadmates alive, Council saved, and CB destroyed.

Dutch fleet dropping in again to keep this alive. It's been a week since I finished the game and I just wanted Bioware to know that my feelings haven't changed.

The game is still great, the people who complained to the FTC are still idiots, people claiming "hurr durr EA is the root of all that's evil" still suck, but this ending is still the most dissapointing ending ever and still ruins this game, ME1 and ME2 for me, my brother in law and if I'm reading this correctly, a lot of us.

This sucks Bioware, big time :(

However, releasing a game knowing fully well that it would likely cause such an outburst would be suicidal.

I agree... I never bought any of these conspiracy thories... and I still don't BW should roll with them.

After reading and thinking through, I'd say they should use the original "dark energy" idea... it just makes more sense.
