Good morning everyone, what are the news today ?

Nothing from Bioware.
But we are now getting covered by major media outlets, like CNN and msnbc.

I think it has already been posted, but this video is, in my humble opinion, the best summary you can find about the ending (watch out for the humour !) : www.youtube.com/watch

Hold the line laughing, guys !

The indoctrination theory is just wishful thinking. It has so many plot holes it is not funny.

It has less holes than dead people climbing out of crashed ship in perfect health...

Does this accurately sum up your feelings in the final 10 minutes of the game?

Yeah.. absolutely. Disgraceful to the memory of Anderson.

Has anyone tried emailing our side to non-gaming publications? Maybe they'd find it advantageous as they won't have to quote any other publication (just a thought). We have an official Retake movement twitter account so maybe contact those writers via twitter?

Someone got The Sun in the UK to do a piece on it apparently.

Wow, is there a link to it?

I actually started a 2nd playthrough of ME3 yesterday, but I couldn't force myself past palaven. I honestly can't face collecting those assets again, just to choose my favourite colour at the end.

You could always choose your least favourite colour? hehe I know how you feel I'm just so wow'ed some of you are able to pick up a controller, or load it up on the PC. I can't even play any other game at the moment, my motivation for gaming is just gone.

same here :crying:

I started playing Alpha Centauri again... for the first time with the Spartans, because it really fits my mood at the moment. Mowing down space hippies with gatling lasers just feels so damn good right now.
And if Planet starts acting up, I can at least tell the bloody thing to can it. Unlike StarChild <_<

This sort of outrage is exactly the same that would have occurred if JK Rowling decided to kill Harry Potter and let Voldemort win in book 7. -.-

That wouldn't be so bad if she would explain that, and Harry wouldn't die for nothing.

More like Harry wakes up, looks to his side and see his Dad. Where am i? Your in the hospital son, you hurt your head and fell into a coma. You been out for a month. Harry: So---so it was all a dream? The End.

Haha, the imagination of thousands of people just went "WTF". :pinched:

What this guy says is pretty much all I ever wanted from the ending. Not too complicated (as plots go), but epic none the less since it makes the galactic unity created by Shepard really matter. I never liked the Crucible thing to begin with (if felt so sudden and random), so to have that construct be virtually meaningless, and have that be the actual twist of the game sounds to me like a great idea.

(Thanks to whoever linked that first, I couldn't find the post again so I couldn't quote.)

I will try to find one. I just remember someone saying 200+ pages ago that they had sent the story to the sun and that they had shown interest in the story.

Edit: I currently can't find a story about it, but they may be writing something up about it soon. As I said, I just remember someone saying that the sun had expressed interest about this.

Agreed. However despite the mess of the last 10 mins, I thought that Andersons 'death' was some good storytelling. It could of been much better but compared to the rest  of the end it's a bloody masterpiece :pinched:

Especially with Joker's condition, he sould not have been in such perfect health after a crash, he probably would've broken some bones even if it was just a rough landing. Even so, he's the first person of the ship lol :P

Maybe they are still working on it?
