Because it seems to me that you kind of have to in order to get your Paragon score all the way to the top, but I could be wrong.

Saved Rachni (both times), let Shiala go, saved Kirrahe,lost Kaidan, saved Council, destroyed Collector Base, was nice to all my squaddies, only lost Zaeed and Samara and Miranda (on purpose), cured genophage, organized Geth/Quarian peace, Reputation bar full of Paragonishness and I still couldn't get him to shoot himself.

Huh.  Dunno what to tell you then.  Figured it'd be something like what I mentioned but you've got that covered already.

You have to use charm/intimidate options throughout the entire game (ME3), including when you first speak to him on Mars. It's easy to miss if you don't choose the longer (left) dialogue option.

They are embarrassed that they can't speak.
it would be better and faster translating the pill into Japanese and get someone billingual who front the movement. Its only option.

i hope they have some guys which tell them what we do...
i know... language barriers...
but we need to holding the same line.

Some of them talk about us, especially because Japanese gaming magazines are talking about the movement, but the majority of them won't come here. I've tried; they don't like western forums 

Why not? We are civil enough.

Would you go to a japanese forum? You can assume that they know broken english and that their grammar would be fairly bad, or that they consider it as such probably. They probably fear coming here and sounding like idiots though god knows most of us would never hold it against them.

Lots of people here aren't native english speakers, including me, however, we're here right?

I believe it was in this thread I have seen a lot of people saying that you need to either play multiplayer or the infiltrator app to raise your galaxy at war rating to get the best ending. Has anyone here tried the datapad app because it has a way to raise your readiness as well plus its free.

I tried for a bit, but then I stopped using it, as it needs you to login to Origins.
It's kind of clunky, but it works.

Then what's the point of role-playing if I have to continue to choose specific dialogue choices throughout the game in order to get a certain result?

I said it before and I stand by it. There is a difference between a lack of civility and one-lined banter. If I was sending death threats or insulting the entire staff at Bioware then I would have crossed a line. Making a response based on Mass Effect lore in obvious jest is not this. If anyone takes offence then it is by their choice and not mine.

They seem to be reasonable, as in they wouldn't say all we are is a bunch of entitled gamers.

Exactly exactly. 

They don't like how the forums work (since western forums aren't usually all anonymous, like Japanese forums), and they can't really speak English. They might understand a little, but they don't usually speak, so they prefer to stay in the Japanese forums.

They are complaining about it, and there are plenty of articles in the Japanese media talking about it(review scores there are low too), so Bioware is aware of the problem there too, so don't worry.
