Uh it was near the beginning, before the cerberus attack.  He's on the emergency quarters holding area section across from the waiting line information desk at the entrance.[/quote]


You have to talk to the doctor in that section of the holding area who complains about an idiot who is preaching about cerberus. If you don't talk to him first, or finish the quest he starts without looking for conrad, you'll only ever see him in a cutscene.

OK. So everything I tried does not give teh cutscene.

The parameteres are as follows:
ME3+ (Imported ME2 Character)
EMS of 6600ish
Kept the collector base in ME2.

I chose destruction of Reapers, with and without saving Anderson.
No cutscene.

Is this basically a bug?

I'm with you on this. I don'ty like MP. And I don't think it should be necessary to accomplish anything. Give some extra items, and let people enjoy what they like about it. But need to play it for something abut the story is very bad.

Did anyone else notice that in the art book you receive with the CE, that there isn't any concept art or anything regarding the end with the Crucible or anything beyond the hallway filled with bodies?

If it helps in any way to get the ending this game deserves, it has redeemed itself. You know, until the next big privacy/individual rights violation. Which would be something like 2 weeks time, practically forever in internet time.

Well if Bioware had remembered their own canon they would have realized another renegade option, Take out the mass relays in the systems with reapers in them... bam, no more reapers.
