OK. So everything I tried does not give teh cutscene.

The parameteres are as follows:
ME3+ (Imported ME2 Character)
EMS of 6600ish
Kept the collector base in ME2.

I chose destruction of Reapers, with and without saving Anderson.
No cutscene.

Is this basically a bug?

Which one is 6000ish, people keep confsuing "Total Military Strength" what you've gathered in game and "Effective Millitary Strength" the big green bar thats supposed to matter but really only affects which video cutscenes and voicivers for them play during sword andf hammer and of course Shep living.

if its the green one did you get it with multiplayer?  If not, i sure would love a summary of your ME1 and 2 choices aswell as everything you did in 3.

Because i am pretty much convinced the only way to get to the 5000 mark is to make desicions in all three games that go completely against who my shep is.

Here's another way to show solidarity that I've only just recently thought of:

In your Status bar just below your avatar (top left corner of the page on BSN), there's a Status that you can modify. I just reset mine to "will HOLD THE LINE!" so that it says "Goodwood will HOLD THE LINE!" If everybody does that, it might make even more of an impression.

Me too but now that i think about it, i just realized they did something really... strong. They gave us the EXACT opposit of what they where saying pre-release about the end :/

To all those losing hope for the fight to retake ME3, we can't give up!  We need to keep our opinions known and circulating throughout the forums and other social/media sites.  If we give up, then we will see the franchise we know and love fade in to time, and the glory of the series will be forever overshadowed by a series of unfortunate, anti-climactic, and unsatisfying endings. 

The end of ME3 did no justice to the series that should have gone down in history as one of the best sci-fi trilogies in ever, but if we keep up the push, if we keep fighting for the endings we know this series deserves, we may yet see our beloved games adorn the halls of fame!  WE can not give up! 

What would your Shepard do? Would he bow down and accept defeat? Would he let his beliefs be compromised by seemingly undefeatable odds?  Or would he stand up, and fight for what he believes in?  My Shepard would fight until the last breath for his beliefs and I will too.  I refuse to let Shepards story, MY story, end like this! 

If the worldwide outcry of countless  voices fades, then we all will have lost; both EA/BioWare and the unsatisfied consumers.  Please, keep fighting for what you belive in, no matter your position in this struggle, and show EA/BioWare that THEIR loyal fans are fighting for their game and ours.

Show them that it is worth fighting for!
