first time posting on this thread and I have to say I am impressed with everything you guys have done in raising the issues that many of us have with ME3 endings.

I would just like to say that for me the problem with the ending was the complete and utter lack of closure. I was prepared to witness my Shepard sacrifice himself to bring down the reapers and ensure a future for the peoples of the galaxy, and beyond. But no I didn't get that, I got an ageless AI with a misplaced god complex and the most flawed logic ever telling me to choose the colour of my destruction.

For the most part my grievousnesses are similar to the many that have already been posted but I am proud to state that I am going to,

he says that the game gets alot of good reviews from critics and gamers alike...blah blah blah. The game gets great reviews from us too! the only sucky part of the game, the only part we are vocal about,  is the ending... its almost as if they don't realize we thought the game, ending aside, was amazing....

Can't really say that, the whole artical is only prior to the last, now well know, statement of Mr Hudsons posted on the forum.

But i think we have gained around 30 000 vote of " end is crappy " in the poll inbetween. Even those who like the ending are recognize we have become the majority now

Nahhh his stance has definitely softened.  He came across (I really doubt he meant it like this) that we should be honoured he took time to acknowledge us, then it was "Well we wanted to have the endings memorable".. now it's We're going to release exciting content to provide more closure (which is doublespeak for "We're fixing it but we don't want to admit we blew it to start with").

I really don't care if they never take responsibility.  It's like the worst kept secret ever that they ran out of time, they even acknowledged it in the final hours documentary.  Just fix the ending and I'll go back to being the unapologetic fanboy lol.

I'm just going to come right out and say it. Mr Hudson should be terminated for grossly misunderstanding the fans and instead made promises he didn't keep and made a game to his specifacations and not the fans.

Ummmm he's got it all wrong.
Its not that the current ending explains what happened afterwards... its the fact that the entire ending AS IS sucks in every way imaginable!
We don't want this ending "expanded on", we want it rewritten or retconned(indoctrination theory)!

Pretty much, thoughbut I could forgive them all that aslong as I got a good ending, and I play femshep and her ME2 romances ended terribly:unsure:

In a way, I actually found the romance element quite ludicrous.

Ashley practically threw herself at me at the beginning, despite continually chiding me for being with Cerberus in the last game. I was like "No way, ****!" and completely stone-walled her. When the scene with Udina came around, I had no trouble twitching the renegade trigger and putting a hole in her.

But the rest of the characters seemed also intent on getting Shepard into bed, rather than the other way around. If only it were that easy in real life!

In the end, I stuck with Miranda who I romanced in ME2. Though, compared to the scene in ME2 I was rather disappointed to get nothing more than a "fade to black" when we got together in ME3.

Still, the romance side of things still looks like shining gold compared to the leaden ending.

Imagine if we could flashy thing certain higher ups and then show them the endings. I wonder how they would react...maybe like this?

That or flashy thing ourselves. Then at least we wouldnt be like this.
