So any chance we will get them to comment tomorrow? I sure freaking hope so. I'm tired of stressing over this! I can't play this game a second time without knowing they're going to make it actually.. worth my time.
Hold fast soldier.
At the moment BW appears to be in full damage control mode, which means ambigous statements, attempts to distract, inflame, divide or make us look like whiney children are more likely in the immediate future. They are hoping to wear us down and ride out the storm, and failing that buy themselves time to work out exactly what they should and can afford to do.
Bioware will, currently, be assessing the situation. But unless they already have an ending DLC in the works it is unlikely they will commit themselves until they've had time to review all the data available to them.
We most stay calm, cool and collected and not react to these attempts - basically holding the line as we have done from the beginning.
My best guess, based on what Intel we have, is that Bioware will be forced in committing themselves one way or another within the next week - but even if they make such a decision they might opt to wait a while longer to see if we 'run out of steam' before making any statements. The simple fact is that sale for what was meant to be their biggest selling product of the year have tanked, they already have problems because of the cost of developing the MMO and to cap it all off the mainstream media is starting to pick up on the story. This places us in the stronger position, but only if we hold fast and refuse to rise to any bait they might try to throw our way.
