This game has opened an entire universe to my understanding and enjoyment. I spent years anticipating and playing mass effect.


I can spend just as much time if it means a different ending.

Indeed, I think one of the main problems with many people liking the ending is the duality of a game like Mass Effect, especially the third one. It can easily appeal either to RPGers and to shooters-fans, the latter ones are certainly more inclined to accept a bad story than the first ones. Story is what matters most to us but we should also try and remind everyone else, who doesn't agree with us, that we loved the rest of the game...

Retake Mass Effect movement reminds me our(Polish) protest against ACTA, which took place not so long ago. I just hope BioWare will be more reasonable than our government.

Hah I was just thinking how the Retake movement almost felt like a political movement. I guess it indicates how invested we are in the Mass Effect series and how mind numbingly awful that ending was. Its actually worth fighting (verbally of course) for. I'd say that's unprecedented with this sort of thing.

I used to be stationed on an aircraft carrier......I have a friend still aboard one and I asked him if he or his shipmates had played ME3 and seen the ending. This is the response he saw from most of his shipmates:

Yup! I've done a ng+, ended it yesterday... i've found funny just how many bugs i've found o_o my xbox edition is owned by the devil itself .

Very true indeed....you know many many pages back I made a version of the famous braveheart speech to fit our situation. Don't remember what it said now though and nobody cared lol.

A couple of days ago, I made a Legion-motivational. Yesterday somebody said, the quote on it linked the RetakeMassEffect movement to much with the Anonymous collective. So I changed it... the quote is still the same, but Ichanged "Anonymous" to "RetakeMassEffect"

Here it is. 

And, is there anything new since page 1.800?
