It was a screw up or mistake or whatever you want to call it that went through facebook and twitter saying pretty much that for now they don't have any plans to fix the ending. There was a big uproar and they deleted it and released that statement ect.....

In a very strange way, I have never seen such a unified front of gamers about a given subject, as I have witnessed here on these forums and across the net. To unify and join forces. Its eerily similar to what happens in ME3. Except for the ending. This one we'll win.

I really can't understand why such a big company liek EA does not learn from its past mistakes. The coorperation between them and some of the best former creative and innovative gaming studios ended in huge debacles: Origin Studios (what a shame that the Ultima series is deader than dead), Westwood Studios, Bullfrog Productions....
I just don't want BioWare to be the next studio which gets totally ruined!

Had to respond to this, it would not be wise to take rage to PAX, it's a very public event, the representatives will have been trained in diplomacy, any fans start trouble and it's those fans that are going to look bad on camera not the reps, I've been on enough protest marches to know you get splinter groups who are not there for your cause but only to start trouble for the sake of trouble, I advise anyone going to pax to distance yourself from these people, keep in mind the view of rpg gamers is still of a group who sits in their parents dark basements shoving antidepressents down their throats, that image needs to change to one of a "consumer" who is correctly dissatisfied with the product they have purchased.

I just wanna say that this Jessica employee of Bioware has a lot of sympathy within the fan community.
At the moment that is their ace, if she says it it will calm the community.
Always be a bit unbiased to comments from BW unless there are specific promises or facts, anything else at the moment is unfortunatelly just damage control from their side. No matter how nice Jessica might be she is apparently the only one the community listens to at the moment without breaking out in rage again.
