i gotta said it, they make the end they want, nobody is mad with george lucas for killing darth vader at the end of the movie, something else could happen, this is they story, and they are great enough to give us the change of change som facts but they can arm and disarm whatever they want, what i agrue is with the game texture, i paid a lot of money for a rig so i can have great experience ingames, and i was hopping to have this, some poeple probably wont even notice, but the others feel like me

Im assuming thats a rumour i would hope not but as things are, till bioware makes an official statement id just take everything as speculation (urgh i never thought i would hate a word so much)

their technology team interviewed me and promised to do something on their website.
They said that today they are too busy to do it but tomorrow they will get on it and contact bioware for us.
Guy who spoke to me dave lee part of bbc technology news team.

Thing is, Star Wars is a movie, with no viewer/user input. Mass Effect is a video game, where viewer/player input was a cornerstone of the whole series.

Either way, this whole incident will probably have some major implecations on the history of video games and could mark a point in the evolution of video game production in terms of storylines.

SW is a movie, ME is a game.
ME's strongest point has always been that YOU make the disicions on how things are going to happen (within certain perimiters ofc). ME 1 was like that, what you did there moved over to ME 2, and again the choices and actions made in ME 2 had effect on the actual outcome of the game. What you did in ME 1 and 2 IS brought over to ME 3, but is neglected to its full extend in the ending. Everyone gets a shiny rainbow color and casper with space magic, in a game series that is written arround the player.

I don't know about forum, but I was surprised at the number of tweets with positive feedback on endings on masseffect.bioware.com. Dunno, maybe it's a coincidence.
