When I got my game 13 days ago, I could never imagine I would be in a "war" against Bioware a couple of days later...this is like every gamer's nightmare...:crying:

I am right there with you.  I had no idea that ME3 would be the game that took away my will to game in general.  The home pc has not been turned on since I "finished" ME3 on the 11th.  I guess my power bills will be lower though...

See? Should thank Bioware for that.
I just want them to say something about this. Seriously.

On another note, I got my beginners license today! Yay!

30 years old, and just getting it lol. Never needed to try for a license until recently; everywhere I needed and wanted to go was doable via bus...but the last two major jobs I was on were out of town, so I need it now if I intend to do more travelling...which I do.

So if you're ever on a road in Halifax, and you see a care swerving on and off the sidewalk...please, please hope it isn't me >.<

Congrats!

Psychological warfare, people. We have the advantage here, guys. We've got the numbers on our side. We have the gamers, and all they have are their propaganda machines. Shrug it off and continue the fight!

Smug as this may sound, we have truth and reason on our side.

So I finally talked with my friend who finished the ME3.

He told me that he loved the endings, because he could use his imagination and tell his own story at the end. I tried to explain to him the plot holes and lack of logic...

...and he just responded that I'm ignorant and there is no point talking to me...

Not to mention logic, the ME series Lore and the developers Pre release quotes...

Can I ask a question about this friend?  Does he often pretend to understand things he really doesn't?

Just remember that Yahoo News is the same outlet that had an article about Osama Bin Laden and showed a picture of president Obama.

I'd also like to ask him if he enjoys paying other people sixty+ dollars to use his imagination.

I responded to the Yahoo article.

"This is only one person who was unable to keep his frustration in check. The rest of us are keeping a civil tone when addressing our grievances with the way that ME3 ended. We want Bioware to do justice for both itself and the Mass Effect franchise and end it the way it was advertised to end."

It's simply the hipsters trying to defy us because it's the cool thing to do.

1) Do not crusade against them, it only acts to demoralize us

2) Focus your energies back here and at Bioware.

My opinion, he changed over last years and now he is just stubborn, no matter what. Pity he had to make things such as 'game ending' personal.

Oh and either EA or CafePress flagged virtually all the pictures used for the shirt designs I had up as copyright infringing.

What is up with child's play donations site, its been down all day?! Did someone shut it down?!

It's was down for maintenance, but was only supposed to take 20 min. Frankly I'm worried about this.

Don't be.. we were supposed to have a '20 minute' switch replacement at work the other day, turned into an afternoon without email or internet due to a misconfiguration in one of the boxes... you'd be surprised how many people call your phone when they can't get to youtube ;P

There's a link somewhere in this thread, probably about 100 or so pages back...I think it was either a little before or a little after 1812, with a link to buy T-shirts for the movement ^^

If it was a little before 1812, I guess it's in the overture. :?

(one has to seize these opportunities when they come along...)
