May want to rethink his comments then, if your customers are thinking you're insulting them, you're probably not following at least ONE rule of customer service

Anyway, watch we don't get into attacking him.. civil criticism of BIoware's position is one thing, chasing down people on Twitter and flaying them until they lash out is another

We've had a former BioWare designer comment on ME3, which amounted more or less to: "you were supposed to make a computer game, folks, you failed; that ending doesn't work as the ending of a game". I don't think Bioware had much control over the final release date. Sure they pushed game back before but at a point EA will put its foot down and set a final release and start funding advertising etc. Stuff like Tali's face being rushed over sucks but doesn't can be deemed acceptable given a time constraint. The ending being rushed is however unacceptable and it continues to blow my mind how something of this quality managed to get past so many talented people at Bioware and get released.

But for the record, I for one find Tali's face to be fine. Yes, a truly custom image would have been better, but I would have never known it was a stock retail rehash if not told. Maybe it doesn't feel so bad, because my fantasy bubble got popped at the ending first?

I don't know whether to laugh or cry really; they gave him exactly what he didn't want.

Maybe he's Bioware's nemesis and they combined all his worst fears into the ending to give him a good sound kick in the you-know-whats... or he just Knows Things...

Didn't he call the fans stupid for not understanding the end? The tweet got deleted before I could read it, but someone posted it a few pages before..
