I agree. This is another thing that bugs me no end. How could I possibly ever again get emotionally invested into any BioWare's work if at every second I'd have to expect another punch in the stomach and slap in the face as delivered by ME3's ending? I'd just have to keep my distance to the games, not get attached to any of the characters at all. And then, what is left of the game, anyway?Sevantha wrote...

Yep, I don't think that I'll ever buy game before rewievs.
I don't even know if I'll buy Bioware games ever again. It's up to them now.
I'm sticking with my ME3 copy. It's hard to return it if you have digital copy.
Worst case scenario: I won't play it ever again.
It will have to be fan made reviews though since apparenlty we cant trust "professional" gaming magazines or websites.
It makes me sick to think that I wont ever be able to trust bioware and buy any of their games, even if they look good all around, because i will never know if they dont screw up the ending again. And you know fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me....
And i was so looking forward to play me3 again, even start from me1 with imports and all. several times even. And i miss it, i really want to play but then i remember how it ends and .....
So we can't get the ending we want after all?

The only part of ME3 I can play is multiplayer, but even that's starting to feel pointless. Maybe this was EA's whole strategy... ruin the ending so a lot of the fans are upset and then in the next game, we'll get a 5 hours story and the rest of the game will by multiplayer, just like a Battlefield or CoD game!
Except for 1 thing. Not everyone play MP. I mean surely I am not the only person here who can't stand MP?
Maybe I am the only one *sigh*
Nah, i have no interest at all in MP. That they broke another promise on MP not being involved with Single player was just icing on the cake...at least until i realized it did not actually matter, heh.

Oh thank goodness. The fact they broke that promise to still annoys me, though it truly doesn't matter it's just another lie ya know?

Finland reporting in, times are rough, clinging on to what little hope we have.
If Bioware doesn't respond soon, I don't think there will be a Mass Effect to save.

Fellow finn grab yourself a sniper and give us firesupport. No direct offence unless given orders to do so!
Help us to hold this line!

ME3 is single player for me too. I agree with the repeated promises that multiplayer would not be a factor too, but still is. Bah, humbug.
Also, I too sometimes think about playing again, but then the end hits me and... yeah.

Agreed. My husband finished the game last night. He said he felt like the Reapers had won.

I wouldn't be expecting anything from BioWare until after March, since that's the end of their first quarter. Additionally, they should probably say something before PAX on April 6 or the place is gonna be chaos. That gives us an entire weeks time to expect an announcement.
I hope they let the 1st pass without incident, the only thing I would accept would be a marauder shields expansion, but appart from that I hope they keep stum

Just read a great document on the indoctrination theory. Man, I'd both love and hate it if it were true. I'd love it because it'd be one of the best twists ever. Hate it because they'd probably expect me to pay for a real ending and I'm not partial to buying my endings after I already paid for the full game.
Soldier, i think it's too soon to say anything, same as losing hope same as DLC talking.
We need to stay united and try to calmly wait for now.

Personally i rather doubt there is any truth to it. And even if there is and they then put out a nonfree dlc we are entering really shady territory. Basically by allowing that its ok to put out a game at full price that is not complete and thus outright lying to ones customers.
Then again many already consider outright lies to have been made in prelaunch promises and marketing.
Even if its a free dlc and even if it was planned, this whole thing would be shady.
