Hello Everyone, reporting in.

Good to see that DJBare had been circulating the link list for newcomers during my absence.

Also good to see the BBC has picked-up our cause. Brilliant :)

I've updated the list to include the BBC story.

Thank you everyone on commenting on kingdom of amalur. You guys just saved me some money, you guys ROCK!!! Hold the line...

Lucky me I didn't buy it. I just borrowed from a friend to see if it was good and worthy playing. I am still to downed by ME3 to actually invest on something I don't know.

Press incoming! Here's the BBC article:

I like it. It's very unbiased as it presented all the different sides to the story.

HOLD THE LINE!

Nice to see that BBC is also showing this issue, and in an unbiased way as you mentioned. Seems like we are really getting the attention of the big press.

I do feel kind of sad when I think about how much damage this is doing to Mass effect, but the most depressing part is that with some communication from Bioware it could have been solved already. Bioware 5 years ago would never had let it come to this...very sad.

Companies change all the time. Staff changes, goals change and so on. Its easy to loose sight of that. If nothing else this and to some extent the Dragon Age 2 storm opened my eyes about the gaming industry and media.

Oh, this article is actually less biased than most of them! I hope Kotaku and IGN learn from BBC. <_<

Reporting back for duty.

For everyone who needs a really good laugh: http://social.biowar...index/9713812/1

I recommend to everyone to write an email to bioware to explain what is wrong. For me this was a very statisfying experience and I feel so much better since I did this.

Here is to a good day at the front!:D

And now this is where we have to be real careful about how we conduct ourselves, this could easily turn against us, big time!

Hey just a thought. Since we're hitting the news, maybe we should coordinate more on what we want to say? Just so we can maintain consistency. The BBC article was a success (thanks firstarioch!) but I think we should also include that the ending just didn't make sense and was so out of place - not just that we want a happier ending. But that we want more choices for endings as promised to us. I just think that not everyone in the Retake movement wants just a happy ending - but simply more choices to choose from.

Also @firstarioch - I'm kind of worried about you. I hope you don't get harrassed by people who don't understand what we're fighting for.

Some information and humour to help people cope. If you can think of more, post them and I'll include them
in this list and re-post every once in a while.

Can you put the following up there please

Japanese Anime version ending.

I kept looking around expecting to see Jaspion or the Powerman... /lol

Nice japanese video. And the editing made the ending better... (anything is better than the original ending anyway)

Just send a message to another big German newspaper, regarding posting an article about us on the internet.

Let's see what happens.

as long as we keep things civil and substantive things should not turn against us.

I only fear that all those great achievements (BBC, CNN, etc.) may falsely reasure us that things will go smoothly.

they won't, not just yet, we must hold the line

My letter to The Times does exactly that.

@firstarioch will you be submitting your own to them? If you are do you want to check through mine so that we don't contradict each other (not that I think that we will).

Differing views from different people all leaning in the same direction is what we want, as it shows a unity of individuals rather than just a rote credo, but it'll look bad if we start undermining each other too much.

Hey, hear this,

This morning, I just thought of another idea for an ending. Using the Crucible, the Citadel relay is activated and the immense amount of dark energy draws the Reapers to it and sends them back to dark space, permanently deactivated and far from the Illusive Man's reach.

^ It was emotional...until Shepard went up to the weird elevator and started talking to that creepy kid...

I swear I had a dream with the creepy kid for days after I played the game. I hated him so much that he would always scare me in my dream. <_<
