I get it now!, Bioware are on their own suicide mission to destroy EA from within.

EDI: That was a joke.

Nice article xyalon. The way I do is different. I send them links what we achieved in press etc.what we stand for and put emphasis on charity. That gets everyone going.
Do yours its cool. I will start my campaign as well from different angle.
You see I work in bull**** industry - fashion.so talalking and expressing myslef in certain way is my forte.
Isay the more the letters the better.

Yes, I'm not so good at that; but my strengths trend towards empathy and inducing the like from others, as well as coming across with clarity.  I use the charity at the beginning to catch the eye instead of dismissal out of hand, and then try to appeal to logic and reason.

I think the different approaches towards the same end will definitely be beneficial.

I must say i am a little worried about the Movement because of the Responses to the ME3 Suggested Changes Feedback Thread it has only around 150 Pages. Im worried that it isnt enough response.

What was accomplished so far is somehow amazing i must say, but still im worried about the official Bioware Respond to the End Thread.

If that would be true, they would be my heros...not!
Give us an ending. I can live with EA beeing out there, not with no "Good end" beeing in "there".

I think it is. I am going to let it totally slide if Bioware comes up with satisfying new endings.

I'm going to let it die too. Well on here anyway, I will probably mention it from time to time in RL but if we get new endings that make sense and are radically different then all's well and end's well.

I was following it here. The graph has some good interactivity.

More interactivity than the ME3 ending in fact.

Much more interactivity! :D

I actually thought it was quite shorter compared to ME2. I mean, the main quests were longer, but the side quests were almost nonexistent, because all you had to do was scan some planets, get the thing, and take it to the person on the Citadel. :(

Indeed. My save game for ME2 said I had played for 46 hours. At the end of ME3 I had played for 26 hours. I admit, I did not do all the little fetch and carry quests, but even being generous and adding another 10 hours, that would only make it to 36 hours. Makes you wonder.

i think the guys at Spill said it best.

"they tried to end this with some pseudo psychological bull 'censored', to a space opera that was a pretty straight forward story."

Edit: or was it philisophical?

The very moment, when Bioware gives us a satisfying answer, I will stop using this motivational in my posts.

But, even if the ending-debacle will be forgiven, it never will be forgotten.
If I ever buy a Bioware game again, it NEVER EVER will be a day 1 purchase!

What are you implying good sir? That EA would want Bioware to cut content from the game so they could tack it on as extra DLC later? Or that they would rush out an incomplete project for make a fiscal year? I will not tolerate such absurdity!!

:P

Problem is shepard did a very good job on skeleton removal and house cleaning, only 6 months pass between the games, how many highjinks could the crew get up too? lol. I agree there should be more content though, I think that more will be dlc than before so we will have to wait a year for the final weigh in. Not that I will buy any non end rectifying dlc

Well ME was always not just straight forward but had some deep subtext about tollerance vs racism, about sociological problems and political allegories... but it was all more subliminal and you had to discover it... and now in the end they were like BAMMMM : see we can be ambigious, too.... not a smart choice maybe

I think I kind of understand what Bioware was trying to do, keep some things a mystery so that the fans could debate about them.  However I don't think they handeled it right.  They should have left the Reapers a mystery, then we could have debated about where they came from and what thier motivation was, while still showing us what the result of all our decisions were.  I don't think they got lazy and just threw an ending together, I just think they were trying to do to much in to short a span of time and it felt forced and like it belonged in some other game.  I hope that they realize that this is nothing personal and that we appreciate all the hard work they have put into the series over the years, it's just the end that we have a problem with.  I know this has probably been said before, I just needed to get it off my chest.

Hold The Line!

My original theory on the Reapers was that, since one can immagine that the first race did not have the doom and gloom of iminent destruction over their heads they spread out through the galaxy, occupying it entirely until their population grew to such a degree that they could no longer sustain themselves as a race due to lack of resources. Similar to what was happening to the Drell, except that they had no saving grace to come down and rescue them, and that it was happening on a galactic scale.

The synthetics they had created eventually came to the conclusion that this would happen again and again and again after whatever infighting or civil war was done for.

So they took control, harvesting enormous ammounts of the first race to create the first reapers and wiping out the rest. Thus the foundation of the cycle.

They sought to preserve evolved, inteligent organic life, or those they deemed "worthy" in what was essentially an eternal museum (the reaper itself)

That was the theory anyway. Don't know about you people but I prefer it to the cyrcular logic of Organics will always be killed by synthetics so I- *Yada yada yada* you get the idea.

We dont want to clutter up the Feedback thread with "hold the line" posts and such. Dont worry, they definately know what what problems we have with the ending.
