well i for one am not happy about page 2000, this has been just the start!

for all those that are 'burnt' out.....think about something good, stay focused, go get a cup of coffee, go convince a few friends to join the cause....

we're in this for the long haul, take some rest if you need, but come back and hold the line

the endings were too poor to accept defeat!

Just came here to say guys:

Don't give up and don't give in to those ignorant haters on media portals - they are trolls who are using some outraged gamers' less coherent posts as bait to brew controversy and bring attention to themselves and their sites.

Also, don't bother to feed those people here on the official forum, who spam the increasing number of anti-Retake movement threads, calling us entitled, stupid or whiny and trying disprove our stance with frequent flawed logic or no logic at all.

If you still itching to respond to those mentioned above, please do so in polite, logical and constructive way. Better yet, quote or link the number of more eloquent people out there who already put out in words all of our concerns.

And most importantly,

Today in class we talked about "hot topics" I have a Mass Communication major, anyways, someone brought up the topic about RetakeME3 and I proudly said: "I'm part of that" I asked the person if he was a gamer, and he told me that he was planning to buy the game but after being aware of this movement he decided not to buy it. In the end, I told him that the 99% of the game was great, it was just the ending that sucked, and that he should try it, he then told me that he's buying it used.

 I think, on this year´s GameCon in Cologne, I will go with a N7-Hoodie... directly to the Bioware booth, and if somebody (preferably from BW-staff) asks me how I liked the game, I doff the hoodie wordless, just to show some RetakeMassEffect-related T Shirt

You're right; but I meant to say that I'm 'burnt out' with respect to articulating reasons as to why the ending is just poor, why we have been cheated, and so forth.

I don't think there's anything new to be said; but what has already been said has to be disseminated to new people, that's for sure.

I find it amazing that they're avoiding the use of 'disgruntled customers' complaning about 'product quality', instead 'gamers' complaning about 'video games' just to make people think that gamers are overlooking real world issues and worrying about 'games'.

The charity is a stroke of PR genius on retake movement's part. I salute whoever initially suggested it.

I am hoping that the issue is pressed on. I do not particularly believe they are going to make an ending, but looking at the massive numbers of disgruntled customers bioware has, I am hoping for additional and/or revised endings with better quality.

I have been following the mass effect franchise, and to see the franchise commit suicide is hard to watch.
Bioware, i don't know what you are discussing in the boardroom with the EA execs, but the numbers don't lie, you have a huge fanbase, and its time for you to fight for us as we have supported you over the years. Get them to conclude u need more time to come up with a reasonably acceptable ending, and don't recycle fmvs for the endings. Its sloppy and just gives the image that you did not care about the fans, regardless if its the truth or not.
