MEs latest twitter stated that while they are considering changing the endings, they are getting alot of people suggesting that they don't change the endings. I really hate when people do that. It doesn't matter how many people are on the opposing side, the few that say what you want to hear are worth more.

That's just another reason everyone should at least make one stop at the ME3 Suggested Changes Thread and tell them what you would like.  There is a link in my signature.

...I posted a 3500 word essay in that thread.

For pities sake, just compare the godd**n facebook pages, as well as every poll on the internet. The majority hate the ending.

It's like they're saying, to keep those 1000 fans that like the ending we're more than willing to lose 50,000. What kind of logic is this?

Well, you've already as an ends, why delete it?
Adding more ends will give you another choice up (like all ME series).

Link to that Twitter post?

"We are getting plenty of feedback from people who love the ending and consider the thought of changing it an affront, as well." that doesn't sound like consider changing the endings.

Sounds like an excuse to me, they REALLY don't want to change the ending, what I want to know is why so against it.

Same logic that gets you multicoloured sparkly whizz, naturally.

I'm frankly amazed how you missed it.

If you change it all, the 10% people who actually like the endind will be enraged. And they will make their Retake ME3 Movement. So it's some sort of cycle.

Because it costs money and they want something that sounds legitimate in order to get out of the obligation. We need to come down on this, hard.

I cannot get on twitter, but they are mistaken, this movement is not looking to change the current endings, it's looking for additional endings, that way everyone gets what they want.

Yeap. But then that would require that the pro-movement is willing to listen rather than instantly screaming loudly and stamping their virtual feet.

If you look at the discussions about the ending it is rather clear that, ironically, the pro-endings camp is acting more and more the way they accuse us if being. I recall the argument the other day where someone claimed we didn't have the right to 'force' them to have an ending they didn't want, even though logically they were trying to force us to just that.

Stay civil, stay calm and hold the line.

Their loss then. I don't think that I'm the only one who won't buy anything else from EA or BioWare (including a cancelled SWTOR account). If they want to try their luck...

You aren't. I, along with 3 friends, cancelled our accounts on Sunday. And we let Bioware know why.

its been 3 weeks and not a peep from bioware OR EA.

and our "hold the line" campagn is gathering strenth day by day, were hitting serious news channels across the world on tv and the net,

we've raised money for a charity and STILL raising more which also made news around the world.

meta critic scores for ME3 dropping faster that a minnie mouse knickers as disneyland paris.

amazon now offering full refunds, game stores across the world now offering full refunds on ME3.

EA stock taking a rather large dip when the "hold the line" campagn hit new and media outlets so there being hurt BOTH finacially and professionaly, there ignorance is also seriously damaging there reputation the longer they ignore us.

and YET neither BIOWARE OR EA will talk to us, in there books were a "worthless minority" in some reports or "nerdrage, ragequit losers" in some others and YET were getting more support each day..

so EA hows THAT for a bittersweet ending

They can just not download it and keep their games as they are now. No need to make a huge drama out of it. [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/angry.png[/smilie]

SSV Atrocity docking for another night.

Play nice, play fair, play polite, play to the facts, they are on our side for once, and play this way no matter where you are or what you do. We can return to being annoying and nitpicking other peoples' grammar mistakes when this is over, if need be  ;)

Atrocity out

Easy answer to that one. Make the new endings an optional download.

There... drama solved.

Yeah, but what I'm saying is giving an excuse gets them out of making it, but I think between their falling stock, returns, and boycotts, that the message of what would be cheaper is abundantly clear. I'd love to be in EA's bunker right now.

"We are getting plenty of feedback from people who love the ending and consider the thought of changing it an affront, as well."

Perhaps the tens of thousands of reasoable people who are in favor have been voicing their opinions discreetly, unlike us rabble rousers.

They must have handwritten their support letters, on fine stationery. There must be a mountain of such letters in BW headquarters by now.

Also, something called pride, which is preventing them from admitting that they made a mistake.
I can't think of a reason besides "I don't want to"
Even money isn't really a problem; they know by now that if they make this DLC paid, many people will still get it and they will make profit out of it.

Pretty much this. We don't have that OPTION at all.
