I can play the waiting game if this is how BW wants to handle the situation. Two weeks? I'm in it for the long haul. One thing BW must consider during this time period: The waiting game can go both ways if things stand as is. They may be waiting indefinitely for fans that they have alienated to open our collective wallets for any of their future endeavors.

Dragon Age III - The Witcher 3 looks better and better.
SW: TOR - Diablo III and Guild Wars 2 are on the Horizon.
C&C Generals 2 - Hello StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm!

At this point, Dragon Age 3 and C&C aren't on my horizon any longer no matter what.

ToR will be hard to replace for a while.  Until GW2 comes out anyways.  That alone will make up for DA3 and C&C for me.

True, it's for XBOX release... but PC gamers get all these upgrades for free!

Well I think I found something that I will buy. (For the Powers above us: That could have been Bioware merchandise... just saying)

realy I think it is time 4 witch 1&2 playthrough when the PC update out any clue?

Personally though I'd pay for the endings to ME3... I'm glimmer of hoping they just decide to fix it and gift it to the community as an olive branch.. but, hey, I understand, I'm a programmer.. I like to eat.. and pay my bills on time.

It's not like the programers of BW will starve to death or anything... the company made enough money with the game already... and in a way, we even helped with that, by causing so much media attention.^^

I just hope BW will reconcider and do alittle "Witcher 2" on us... reworking the game into alittle more complete version, once the dust has sattled.

It's also annoying how Joker went from being a beloved character, to being a coward, a deserter, and the potential future brood-husband for your LI.

Poor Joker, it's not his fault he suffered from Character Derailment :P

Well today I got the notice from the post office that the $200 worth of ME crap I bought from the BW store had arrived. Seemed like a good idea at the time, though that was before I finished the game.

What a waste of money and what a tool I was,,,.

He will not be having squiddy babies with *my* Liara!

REASON TO LIVE RIGHT THERE

Not going to lie, I kind of missed Joker in ME3...I don't know why, but I felt like we saw him more in ME1 and ME2...

Yeah I agree the dreams made loads of sense to me. I mean Shepard is the only person (apparently) that can save the galaxy, could you imagine the amount of pressure you would be under if that was you in RL? lol

I don't foresee Yahtzee supporting us. He's both really vitriolic and pessimistic, and it'll probably be easier to rip into us than explain our position. He's not very fond of Bioware games in the first place, iirc.

He is a Mass Effect fan, thats why he got miffed over the ashes dlc.

Yahtzee won't join us but he will probably agree with us. Also he is a big Bioware fan. He said in his ME2 interview that Bioware is the first place he would apply if he lost his job.

Well, he, along with just about everyone else, had much less conversations with Shepard during the game.  Fewer conversations, fewer awesome one-liners and jokes.

Plus he did seem a bit more withdrawn and serious in ME3, compared to ME2.

Character Assissination at  it finist... the Altier and Ezio could no better themselvs  than how Bioware in the span of 4 minutes... killed   Jokers character...

God I hate these endings.

Go get a drink, wind yourself down and come back to the line. Or I send Commisar Yarrick and Chaplain Grimaldus to find you.

In all seriousness though, don't let this consume you. You need to balance real world things with the Line just like you need to do with your gaming time.

Don't burn yourself out, but don't forget about the line either

Yea was joking of course, the reality is that reading and posting on these forums has essentially replaced my gaming time...

So line will certainly be held, im powerless to do otherwise it would seem ;)

In the US you could just refuse the package and the vendor would be required to refund you purchase.  Does Canada have any similar laws or you pretty much boned?

I want to add a reply to all those who tell us we should be accepting of poorly thought out R/G/B endings because it is about the journey and not the destination.

This reminds me of an old (and in poor taste) joke.

Reporter to Mrs. A. Lincoln, "Besides that, how was the play?"

2 weeks is nothing ! Besides, we lose nothing ( aside from interest ) while waiting for a fix. But Bioware lose sales with every passing day while they stay silent....

I guess one day I will open the forums and will see an official thread that will either say '' well we won't be fixing things, be on your way ''' or '' We started working on it''

I just hope it will be the latter...

Nope you can refuse it.  Not sure on the refund side, but you can definitely refuse it.  Amazon'll refund you, they offered to do that when I ordered collector's edition and regular edition ME3, and then tried to cancel Regular but was too close to ship date.

Sorry about this, but for the few people who've patiently responded about the Indoc theory, I have one more question.

Shepard can only survive if you have enough EMS and pick the Destroy option right?  Can anyone confirm this?  Is it possible for Shepard to live after choosing Control or Synthesis?  If not, that makes absolutely no sense.

For the Destroy option, the Starchild makes a point of saying Shepard is partly synthetic.  Most of ME2's beginning sequence is your body being rebuilt by Cerberus.  I understand we are all about space magic now... but shouldn't Destroy be the one ending where Shepard can't possibly survive?

And because Shepard does survive, either she's a vegetable (remember the brain damage info from the Cerberus base) or the Starchild... was lying.

Or the ending was ridiculously rushed.
