Personally I believe she really does care about our opinions and is trying her best to cope with all this while still remaining professional. Heres to hoping we can all come to a civil agreement and I'm glad shes listening.

I think the direction BioWare is: minimize the controversy, the 3.4 million people who are silent have loved the game, you are the minority.

heh, I just did what I thought was nessacary... you know just give this place a little bit more energy, and also if they are monitoring the forums, well its shows them that we are not backing down anytime soon, so they can take their idea of waiting us out, and shove it right.... Getting really annoyed at the media and some of the people posting. Also, why on Earth would the words of people who created games that sucked from the start mean more than ours? If they make fail games, shouldn't BW do the opposite to what they say?

As for some of the people posting insulting remarks about us and whatnot, seriously?
1- We are NOT demanding they completely change the ending, only add content so it makes sense + adds alternative endings...rather than the cookie-cutter endings we have now.
2- We are NOT saying the game is bad, most of us really love ME3 apart from the last few mins.
3- Just because you can't come up with something logical does not mean you should go around to every website you can and call us "stupid" or "spoiled".

*Facepalm* There is only so many times I can explain all this before I start thinking we need the Reapers to come here and "clean" some of the trash from society *end rant...still twitching though*

Also on the topic of keeping focused? It's understandable we're in a holding pattern as we wait and focus on what's to come. It's a waiting game we got to hold the line and wait as it were. We also need to keep up our spirits as we wait. So some diversion isn't harmful but to much would be. So Remeber

I will admit, I would be quite happy if they threw out the entire Catalyst/choice scene. Everything up to Andersans pep talk while watching earth fight is fine... soon as the light hits you I'd toss it out the window and redo it. That might just be me though.

Jessica Merizan is over in the "EA/Bioware in Full PR Damage Control Mode" thread saying a lot of nice things while also saying exactly nothing. She seems like a nice enough person, but all she really seems to be doing is chucking platitudes at us without even an announcement on when there will be an announcement on what's going on with the ending. A nice, but flat gesture. IMO.

True. But my patience is wearing thin.
Just to recap why BW/EA is shaddy, remember the "community wide event" that was hyped up with a timer and all...then when it came out was for 40-odd states in the US...that was it? Or how about TOR being promised as a world-wide release at first, then changed, then we were all sent emails about pre-ordering it only to get the "Not Available In Your Region" message?

Thats just the tip of the iceberg too, there is lots more...like DA2 (not gonna get started there...).

I think we've earned the right to finally tell BW that enough is enough.

So would I, but it's not a necessary change. We could live with most of the "end" as is, provided new endings made sense and gave us the choice we were promised.

They say at the beginning: Imagine.. King Kong survives his fall from the skyscraper...Frodo becomes a slave to the ring....this happens because fans want it...
then they say something about the movement, about Childs-Play and so on..

Just trying to keep the ball rolling, as it where...but should we get pitchforks and torches, just to finished the picture the Media seems to paint us as?

We weren't given what was promised. LotR viewers werent made promises, neither were King Kong viewers...and if customers getting things changed was so huge as they seem to imply, then we should all be going to hell already as Fallout 3 has already been and done that.

Note- Also, people are being killed in monsterous ways all around the world, wars and the such...truly heart breaking things...and the Media ditches that to ridicule customers that didnt get the product they want. Me thinks the joke is on them....

By the way, i think i know why the general media are "hating" the RetakeME3 movement. I have to cook now, but I'll talk about it later. Please look at the RetakeME3 facebook page, the "info" panel. It looks a LOT like a childish direct attack to BW without giving explaination (given when you expand the description, but ONLY way down)

I say we should manage the description like this:

Description of the movement
Motives
What we'd like from BW
Media Relations/Condemning public complaints etc.
