What scares me most is seeing what Biowares comes up with in DLC's/patch.

If they stick to godchild/normandy leaving/Shep dying and only give us "explanation" then they lost one paying customer.

Basically DLC...but if you read a little more closely you''ll realise it does NOT mean an ending DLC.

In fact since we already know that they intend to release a Multiplayer DLC in the near future the statement most likely refers to that. Technically its correct but its deliberatly misleading.

I just want to say that I am surprised that Bioware is surpised at our response to the ending, what? That confuses me. I really just gotta say I just want to go back in time and be a fly on the wall to know what happened, lol! And those 75 reviews are 75 people, not that great of a defense, sorry.

i find it strange that IGN, this article, the bbc etc have all come flat out and said

'they are changing the endings'

That overstatement in the media is good for us - and I've seen a lot of it around. Because it means that there is an expectation that Bioware will be making a change. And if they don't do it, or if they need to backpedal, it's going to be bad press for them.

They're not going to do anything to jeopardize sales right now. The first few weeks to a month after a game is released is the most critical time for sales. If they say they're going to alter the ending then they risk people who were initially going to buy the game in that time finding out and then holding off until the alterations are made.

So don't put much stock in the ME twitter at the moment.
