Colin Moriarty is giving me a headache.
Normally I don't latch on to stuff like this but:
1. As it seems the whole IGN Editorial cannot interpret Dr. Muzyka's Statement correctly
2. In a Video regarding this "Decision" Mr. Moriarty is asked why Bioware shouldn't do 50+ Endings and he says that they this is not an option or else you would have players that can get an ending leaving room for a potential Sequel and some that don't. (Paraphrased)
To that I can only say that Bioware already created the exact same Situation with the Suicide Ending and it's wildly differing finality. Why was he not complaining at that point? This is disregarding the fact that are examples of concluded Stories that don't need to blow up their Universe and still feel fulfilling. (The Lord of the Rings comes to Mind. The Setting is still there for potential Sequels, but the Journey of Frodo and the Fellowship came to a near complete Closure.)
