Yeah but im not that obsessed either and i noticed the plot holes. Also he has played since the beginning as well. Maybe it hasnt sunk in for him yet.

lmao he's just happy to see Liara and Joker alive

Seeing Liara alive in my playthrough was the only bright side of it for me.

*Interesting that I can watch someone else playthrough and not care, but if I played the ending would really hit me where I live.

Well for him, he was pro human and completely anti AI, so the destroy option fit him perfectly. He was glad that he had the option to destroy all the AI. Also, since he had enough reputation, he saw Shepard live, so for him, the ending made total sense, since it totally fits his Shepard. For the rest of us with other Shepards, it makes less sense why you can't argue with the kid. He is thinking about the plotholes though. 

Also, for him, since Joker likes EDI, the running away makes more sense since he was trying to protect her. 

I guess for the other people that played this way, they would like the ending a lot.  

Though, that's because he didn't realize all the endings are the same, so for his char, the roleplaying fits perfectly.

Yeah, my initial reaction was "Yay! Kaidan's alive." Then I was like wait a sec...
And then he and Joker smiled at one another, I got really mad about them abandoning me.

Similar to me. Nothing sank in until my girlfriend, whose not a ME fan at all, pointed it out. "Wait, why did the blue chick come out of the ship at the end if she was with you?"

Then I started to see the plot holes and inconsistences.
