Honestly I didn't think about the plotholes till a few mins after the game ended...I was on a high because of all the awesome fightings...then it set in...
Makes two of us.
Except my mom behind me was like "why is Kaidan in the Normandy when he was with you..?" before I even noticed it (she was just watching, so I guess she paid more attention to it than me)
Yeah, my initial reaction was "Yay! Kaidan's alive." Then I was like wait a sec...
And then he and Joker smiled at one another, I got really mad about them abandoning me.
My first response to Joker and Kaidan smiling at each other was "You two can't populate this planet." and then "Poor Liara is going to be busy." Also none of this makes any sense.
Liara will NOT give birth to humans or any other non-Asari. Any ending with Liara means a new planet populated by Asari. LOL!

Yes, he wants to think on it for a few days before he comes to his conclusion. Sadly, I came to my empty conclusion a minute into the credits. I didn't even get to revel in the moment
I got to mine when I took a good look at AI Space child.
I spent nearly 10 minutes just thinking WTF????

Now we seriously need to get the thread back on track. This isn't a chatroom to talk about Luz's livestream.

Damn, I should've been drinking for the end. lol
It wouldn't have helped me. I already knew the ending...
I *was* drunk and it didn't help me.
Some things even booze isn't powerful enough to stop. Although the game got much more playable when my friends Jack, Jim and Jose showed up, and they brought Nicotine

You are mean... laughing about my demise and sadness...
Do you know how angry I get every time I think of those poor souls that will never get to defeat the Reapers and go home with their respective LIs?

Yeah, that'll be tough since Shep's dead.
But I share in your sorrow.

Just said the only DLC he is interested in playing is the one that comes after the credits. We do have common ground.
This. And he said he's still on a high from completing the game. Haha~ Good for him!

this is how it starts: oh i guess that was kind of weird, oh wait that didn't make sense, oh wait what happened to my squadmates? Hang on on my choices didn't matter? WTF!
Who was that kid? Why couldn't I ask questions? What happened to everyone? Wait, where is Normandy? What's going on? How did TIM get up there? How did Anderson pass in front of Shepard if he was behind him? What? Whaaaat?
Yeah at first I was just mad that all the choices led to the same place (which this guy doesn't realize) and how completly nonsensical the Normandy scene was. After a bit of thinking, the whole thing after the beam hitting fell apart.
The space wizard reaper god child annoyed me the second he appeared tho.

I hope he doesn't so that he never has to know the suffering we endure.

However he seems willing to take information in and I think that he has the right to make up his own mind here. Some people will take meaning from an ending that other people cannot see, and some people will see flaws that other people cannot. We can't always say who is right and who is wrong. I'm glad he enjoyed it. I think he's more buzzing from the booze and the battle than anything else right now, and the fact that he won't see the other endings for a couple of hundred hours is going to make them seem much more different than they really are - perhaps this is what Bioware intended, I don't know.
But I agree with an earlier comment, we shouldn't ridicule him. Maybe he will be outraged, maybe he will be disappointed. Maybe he will just be confused, or not care. The fact is that we are still here and holding the line.

Guys, try to remember what you were like after you first finished it. Mine was: "huh? did I do something wrong? why is Shepard dead?, hmm best go back and choose what I wanted to: Destroy, that outta be better" I went back, got the same ending and that was when I started thinking about everything else that was wrong. I dunno about you guys but it took me a while to see everything more clearly.
I concluded quickly because I spoiled myself of the endings, however this guy has not so he still has not thought it through yet. Who knows? Maybe he will like it.
We'll see.
Hold the line.

Me too. I was like, "I didn't like the dream sequences to begin with and now I have to follow this image of that kid on his word." My Shepard would never have done that. Just so bad. For me, the game ended with her talking to Anderson. I just wish I could convince my brain that those last five minutes didn't exist.

Harbinger landed....HECK YEAH! This will be the most awesome fight EVAH!
Beams all over the place. Bright light. Then....
My Shep is waking up.....wait...where is my armor?! Where are my squaddies? Where is Anderson? Why is Harbinger gone?!
I went up to the Citadel and it was all downhill from there....*sigh*
