Oh and that picture with the Mona Lisa and stick figure is brilliant. It's so true. Defending something as art means having to accept criticism. Any movie critic will tell you that.
Thankies~ I was getting so fustrated with the people pulling the "it's ART" card. Needed something to counter them with...

I woke up and thought about that "art" stuff and all big words used yesterday to justify existing endings.
Maybe before we saysomething about "art" we should say something about "virtues" - truthfullness, keeping up promises, honesty, humility...
I wonder why art - which we sponsor - must be better than virtues.
It's still "today" to me lol
This is so weird.
You know, it's like those interviews from before the game came out never existed...too bad the internet is not written in pencil, it's written in ink (thanks, The Social Network)

I don't think they would do that...they would just lose money. And make fans- I meant "vocal minority" angrier.
What does that tell you about them and their so called "integrity"?

So the endings are being extended from what i hear?
Also why are there so many people pissed off about it being extended?
Most likely because of this?

Honestly, my understanding of what he said isn't exactly "extending" or changing. It's more like "we'll release content that justifies the crap already in-game that is the ending."

In truth, if it's done well then I don't have much of a problem with it. If it answers all the questions correctly, or hell, even just gives us something at the end that tells us what happens to the galaxy and our squadmates, I can begrudgingly go for it. I would rather that they find something that fits more in line with the original message and feeling of the game, but we'll see.

So uh, the ending we have might just be scenes from a bigger ending pieced in some kind of " Teaser " fashion, and they'll release some DLC that add bits in a mission format that will explain the odd plotholes we see?
So basically, we'll FINALLY have a scene where the Normandy comes pick up your squadies and leave for some reason only available in the full DLC?
Does that make sense to anyone else then me?

Their PR did good by going the artistic integrity BS route, completely negating the lies they told us pre release.
Art...
This isn't a Picasso painting. <_<
Art has a lot of meanings.
Watch a Scott Shaw movie. And keep in mind that's what he calls art, so any critic's argument are INVALID. Feels like alot of people think that if their work is " artsy " enough, it doesn't need to abid by rules of sense or logic. Unless i see the name Salvatore Dali in the credits, i call bull on these PR ways.
I know I've been spamming my image but I feel it gets to the point rather nicely...

Which will still make no sense because there is no way your squad would abandon you inside of the Citadel. That's just...no. That would go against ME1, 2 & 95% of 3
They would also have to explain where Joker is going, what happened to everyone, where did TIM come from, why was Anderson ahead of Shepard, how come Hackett knew Shepard was the one on Citadel since they assumed everyone near it was dead, etc...hmm...they might as well make a new ending.

Nothing is confirmed. But the more sites and mass media talk about the better chance for new endings.
Sometimes the more you repeat something the more likely it is to become

I would honestly want Liara to abandon my Shep just to save herself. Garrus however would go down swinging beside me.
I wanted a scene in which Shepard ask LI (Tali in my case) to get somewhere safe...
Garrus, of course, would go with me.

Never buying a Bioware product again.

Well if they keep ignoring us, never give Bioware and EA another penny. If they won't listen to words, they're more likely to listen to empty wallets and low DLC/Game sales.

With what i've seen of Bioware lately, i wouldn't be surprised if they used a cheap cop out, like Shepard just saying " You guys need to go, i'll do it myself" at the last moment...
And they don't need to explain EVERYTHING
I mean, they apparently don't want to change it, so they'll just... explain it. In the same way they made the ending we have, i suppose.
One thing's for sure, we'll always have some good ol' Space Magic
