So we can't get the ending we want after all?

Although I have yet to find a piece of evidence stating that there will be a rewrite like the article implies. Fox isn't the most reliable source of news out there.

Damn I just wish the 2 parts of the fields could get along and share their idea and point of view in a peacefull manner. More than deception in BioWare, i'm really starting to think i'm decieved by human nature :/

omg, I just thought of the coolest way to incorporate a boss fight for harbinger.
What if you crashed the Normandy into him, then the last part of the game involved you actually inside of Harbinger busting s---- up and hearing him scream at you. It could be timed and it could have the whole "even the wall and ceiling want to kill you" feel.
Idk just popped into my head and sounded really fun to play haha.
That would be fantastic. xD Like the end of Portal 2, that was wonderful and exhilirating. (Not going into specifics for those who haven't played the game/been spoiler'd yet.)
Like some others have done, I would like to extend a thank-you to the forum mods for being so even-handed and understanding. They don't have to allow threads like this (this is the STORY and CAMPAIGN discussion forum, after all).

We all know all that trouble to get to the beam in London? Wouldn't be easier for Sheppard and company to go through the mini relay created on Ilos (Mass Effect 1)?

Nope we can. Just keep it civil and realize that the open days of Bioware bashing have now reached an end. We held the line, we were victorious. It's time to make peace and help rebuild the BSN... man we made a bigger mess than the Reapers did with London.

I'm calling for thanks for the thread being allowed to continue NOT for the game, and yes it would be silly of them to close the thread, but I'm asking folk not to risk it.MysticBinary82 wrote...
C'mon guys/gals you give this company money, don''t thank them to speak your mind. I don't thank them I appreciate it but thanking for something I paid? NO (I Bought the CE of ME2/ME3 All DLCs incl. all content for DA2)

We are open to valid criticism, but there are far too many lies and outright falsehoods here such as the ridiculous accusation that we buy reviews. That is enough BioWare/EA abuse. The thread is now closed.

This is assuming it's still active.

Is it stated that it is still functioning? If so, well than yes it would be a lot easier

The mission on Ilos concludes with a rush to the beam, because you have only 30 seconds or so until the portal closes. Probably for good. Otherwise this would be a major plothole.

They'd never live it down, of course, but this forum does not technically lie in the public domain and as such censorship is not an issue.
Also, I agree with Mortis. Any insinuation that BW/EA/whoever has approached a charity and told them to shut us down by giving more money is not just insulting BW/EA for doing/allowing it but is also insulting Child's Play and accusing them of being corrupt.
You can imagine whatever you want, but posting them on here, even when stating that it is your personal opinion, is tantamount to inciting speculation and inflammatory at best, libelous at worst. So, please, lets try to keep wild accusations at a minimum. If you cannot keep them to yourself then I suggest you take them elsewhere. They are not welcome here.

I don't get it, I've been lurking around for a while and I have yet to see anything that states anything has been accomplished, what have you seen to indicate that Retake has won? Bioware themselves said they wouldn't be making anything official till April.

But my games paid this network doesn't it? All mods working here are paid at least in a small fraction by me. Well that might be the german in me and I am for democracy.

Exactly. And we aren't really doing anything bad. All we are doing is saying what we do not like about the ending, hanging around the forum talking to each other and donating money to charity...

Ultimately the biggest risk is BioWare shutting down this forum as a method of trying to subdue hostile elements. If you really care about getting what you want remember to be polite and respectful.
If you feel as though you are tired, losing your temper or becoming overly stressed then take at least a few hours break.
