Yes yes. Let's talk about the main topic: the awesome ending

First, thank you so much for your e-mail and my profound apologies for being slow to respond (I am old and my mailbox is full).
I didn't have time to do more than a quick read at work yesterday when Mr. Muzyka's blog came out. Here's what I wrote:
"I enjoyed reading Mr. Muzyka’s blog. It’s pretty much just PR stuff I
suspect. This is probably no real change from Friday’s developments
where the current environment seems to have shifted to a mode that is
not only cognitive of product dissatisfaction on some level with the
fans, but one that provides a message that they are considering actions
to redress that dissatisfaction. As mentioned before, real progress or
deflection? Too soon to tell. Please be patient."
I later posted that Forbes does a very interesting analysis that you might likely find helpful.
Hope this helps!
And as always, stay strong, stay civil, stay involved no matter what side you support!

I would have at one time said the ending didn't fit Bioware at all, but then Dragon Age 2's ending wasn't the best either. But I kept telling myself that the ending was forced cause they were setting up the third game. ME3's ending was supposed to be the end of Shepard's story. And I guess it did "end", just not in the glorius fashion that it should have. The game was setting up the best ending ever... I'm still waiting on that.
See, I understand DA2 ending; it creates a perfect scenario for DA3. We kind of know what's going on, but at the same time it's a suspense and it makes me excited for DA3.
But ME3 should have brought more closure. The current ME3 ending leaves too many doors open, and it's almost like they are setting up a ME4 or something.

That's what I thought. Even if they make another Mass Effect game, without actually giving Shepard an ending that takes in consideration all of the different choices the player could have made, the Mass Effect universe ends for me as soon as Anderson dies. Well, it ends with the deleted dialogue between Shepard and Anderson before he dies, because that was amazing and I can't believe it was cut.![]()

So we are just supposed to stay silent. Isn't that what they want us to do. Be quiet so they can pretend this didn't happen. Not for me thanks. If they close THIS thread they are just mad and have no respect for the fans whatsoever.
HOLD THE LINE.

Remember, people: now is the time to let Bioware know that we won't be satisfied with anything but new, real, satisfying endings. By this point, they must know that they need to do something. Given the tone of Dr. Muzyka's statement, it may be that they're considering releasing content that tries to explain away the plot holes of the current endings and that gives a little more information about what happens to the crew and the galaxy.
I don't think that's good enough. I want new endings free of plot holes, free of Starchildren, and free of logical contradictions. I want new endings that provide actual closure. I want new endings that allow my Shep to live and reunite with his friends and love interest. I want new endings where Shep fails. I want new endings that leave the mass relays intact. Above all, I want endings that make my choices throughout the trilogy matter.
Anything less is not good enough, and we need to let Bioware know that now, when they are still deciding what to do.
So let them know in this thread. Let them know in the feedback thread. Let them know on Twitter. Let them know by e-mail (contact@bioware.com). Let them know by letter. And, if you haven't yet, vote in this poll.

Please do NOT bring the "EA/Bioware in Full PR Damage Control Mode" discussion to this thread, they closed it, whether you agree or not with that decision, do NOT risk this thread.
So what's next? Which good topic will be the next one closed? What questions should not ask on BSN?
No, this step went to far.

You and a lot of other people, however bioware has done nothing to inspire confidence in this, and each day they go without making it public just diminishes it's credibility in my view.Keisari76 wrote...
I do believe there will be a proper conclusion, after reading many posts and watching vids like http://angryjoeshow....me3-ending-dlc/
I am starting to believe Bioware made current ending such a mess and full of holes on purpose, so they can make more money from future dlc.

This is what I'm most worried about, that all the horrible ending mess was just to do some kind of sequel years in the future going "Hey remember how we destroyed the entire galaxy by blowing up the mass relays? We did that just so we could set up the universe differently for a sequel trilogy to keep raking in the cash!"TamiBx wrote...

I may have to resort to writing a "pick'n'mix" series of fanfic epilogues. Every possible pairing, every possible death/life.
Then wire it all up in some site so you can check boxes of how yours ended and you get a finished document...
You know, if this all falls through, I would volunteer to help with that. I'd have time over the summer.
i'm also in. know my way around html, css, php & mysql.
and sometimes even graphic design :>
besides. i really, really want blue babies/adopted krogans.
