Okay guys, let's just go back to the main topic aka the ending.
The more we talk about what we should or shouldn't do and debate over it, the more gloomy this thread is going to be. I'm here to talk about ME3 ending, not Bioware/EA PR strategy.
Sunshine, rainbows, little blue babies, little shenko babies, and me and Tali, sitting in front of a little house on Rannoch, looking out to see while Uncle 'karian plays with all the little adopted Quarian War Orphans.

Actually I have an idea for an even more depressing ending than what we've got now. It involves Harbinger lasoring your squad (like the cut scene from 'The Final Hours'), then Hammer being routed and the remains of Sword trying to pick up as many shuttles as possible. Shep radios the Normandy to help get Hammer forces (not Shep) out of the system. Shep sees the Normandy get annihilated by Harbinger as it picks up some forces (including random squaddies from ME2 & 3 and Wrex) and hears Joker screaming in pain before the Normandy explodes. Shep then fights waves of Reaper forces before running out of ammo and gets overwhelmed while Harbinger lectures Shep about fighting the inevitable.
So kinda resembling the Halo Reach ending at the very end there? That sounds really good actually and I for one, would actually try and get it, despite the fact that I want my little blue kids running around~!

Just finished the game and can't say anything other than hey, I'm jumping on the bandwagon. What a stinker ending to an otherwise excellent game. I would have preferred something along the lines of the ME2 endings; good, bad, ugly and with your choices actually meaning a damn. Meh. Should add more thoughts once I've gotten some sleep.
And damn it, I really wanted to see Shep and Garrus retiring to someplace sunny with drinks and straw hats and the whole lot

yeees. let's meet up while we're there!
('no' isn't a viable answer. just so we're clear on that.)
Sooo, you're saying that I have, possibly, say, three choices?
Either we can meet up while we're there, while we're there we can meet up, or meeting up whilst there is something that we can do?
Hmm, so much choice, such a tricky decision....
Who writes this stuff?

I'm starting to get nervous and antsy... I'm not sure what to do with myself. Bioware told us they will give us a more definitive answer in April... the paraniod person in me says that I must not wait silently because its exactly what they want us to do... But on the other hand I'm so tired...
I'm just gonna party till they release it. You're welcome to join. Everyone loves a good party.... also, like the dark side, we have cookies!
While I wait for the ending, I'm gonna go watch some Shenko videos...

.... Uncle Vakarian and Uncle Urdnot telling the little guys war stories... Bakara, Tali and Ashley yelling at them both at the same time to keep it clean. Shepard sitting back with Hackett and Liara smiling... life is good... it was hard but they had won their future...
why can't I have that ending.

I hadn't noticed that similarity. Yeah, like Reach I guess, except instead of fighting to the very end Shep is too tired and demoralized to fight at the end. Shep runs out of ammo, looks at all the enemy forces around him/her, and just kinda slumps in a defeated posture as the Reapers forces tear Shep limb from limb. (Note that at this point Shep has lost everything, there is no hope and nothing left to fight for) Then to provide closure we see the Reapers repurposing the asari and the turians while the humans get liquified into a new Reaper and everyone else becomes extinct.
But enough of my fan fiction! How 'bout them vidyagame journalists, eh?

Welcome to the ME3 ending!;p
OMG! I missed Criminal Minds last night! nooo! I completely forgot about it...
Ok, back to topic: ME3 ending was horrible. I played In The End for a week straight.
