I actually did try getting an RMA from amazon, but couldn't; here's why:
To return, or not to return, that is the question:

This is a fantastic post. I'm not just quoting to say that, however. I would like to add that when I took a creative writing class, the teacher gave us a great way to offer constructive criticism while being concise and to the point.
Tell them what you liked, too. Don't just point out the bad things. People need to know what they did right just as much as they need to know what they did wrong. Focus on the good first; that will make them more receptive to your criticism.
I think that's what Dr. Muzyka meant by constructive criticism. Destructive criticism focuses only on the bad and uses language that makes people want to shut down and not listen.
Most of us agree that there were things about the game we loved--we wouldn't be here if there wasn't. Let some of that love show when you make your case.

To return, or not to return, that is the question:
Whether 'tis Nobler in the mind to suffer
The plotholes, and starchilds of outrageous endings,
Or to take Arms against a Sea of nonsense,
And by opposing, change it: to uninstall, to return
No more; and by returning, to say we end
The heart-ache, and the thousand forum posts
That the Eye is fettered to? 'Tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wished. To uninstall, to return,
To return, perchance to get a refund; Ay, there's the rub,
For in that resignation, what 'canon' may remain to us,
When we have given up this will to resist,
Must give us pause. There's the respect
That makes Calamity of so long a wait:
For who would bear the Whips and Scorns of reviews,
IGN's wrong, gamefaq's Contumely,
The pangs of despised fandom, the blog's delay,
The insolence of tweeters, and the Spurns
That patient merit of the unworthy takes,
When he himself might his Quietus make
With a bare RMA? Who would forums moderate,
To grunt and sweat under pyramid quotes,
But that the dread of what would remain of ME,
The mindless jungle planet, from whose bourn
No Traveller returns, Puzzles the will,
And makes us rather bear those ills we have,
Than fly to others that we know not of.
Thus Conscience does make Cowards of us all,
And thus the Native hue of Resolution
Is sicklied o'er, with the pale cast of Thought,
And the enterprise of authorizing a return,
With this regard its Current turns awry,
And loses the name of Action.

I'm not saying to give Bioware your money and trust them to do your best interests with it.. but I'm also saying that if you're going to spend the next months of your life sitting here secondguessing everything anyone says contrary to what you want to hear that you're going to be miserable...
I'm already miserable. I've got parasites in my legs now. They've blocked up the fluid channels, and my legs have swollen to huge size too.
That sucks, seriously. Can they do anything for it?
(FYI I honestly read that at first and thought you were being indoctrinated)

Hi,
First post - didn't even realise the forums existed until the shock of the ending wore off and I went searching for answers.
A week and a half later, my other Shepherds still waiting to gear up for ME3 and I cant bring myself to play them.
The FUBAR bit is I want to feel how I felt the first time I saw this

Instead I am left with
Being civil.
Glad I donated.
Hoping for the best.
Holding the line.

I feel like all of these media outlets saying BioWare will change the ending are indirectly helping us, they're only adding to the potential rage if BioWare decides not to change anything.
Is this good or bad? Thoughts?

I just realized how beautiful the music is during the scenes from rannoch. After Legion's sacrifice and the geth inviting the quarians back, its just fits whats happening on screen.
Now if only the ending was like this...

I agree with the post you quoted. We actually talked about similar things here before. And I agree that we must show constructive criticism.
But let's be honest with some things:
- There are people that will never offer constructive criticism. OK. They should be listened, but their criticism doesn't need to be taken to the planning of a new ending/DLC/Whatever.
- There are people who are hurt, and need time to go from criticism with too much pain into it, to constructive criticism. And this kind of thing BW should take into consideration. They have to try to understand their buyers, and fans of their games. And that leads me to my last point:
- BW is hurt, and is very defensive right now. It's just natural. But as we must understand it, without stopping to do our part, they also have to understand it, and realise they have to move on. Stop being so defensive, and actually take the criticism into consideration. Even what they were too sensitive to accept. Separate what's useless from the useful. But really try to take thing into consideration. Don't just form a hard shell of hurt feelings and avoid all criticism.
And I think it's about time they acknowledge that we don't have a way of knowing how they are doing it. It's time to open some real channels to talk about it. Give some clues, and stop being so secretive. The process is becoming a little too shadowy to really be called a "great fans-developers relation". Like they were once proud of, and damn right they should have been. Hope they become again.
They must understand that we are here out of love, not hate.

I got a doctors appointment in April at the local hospital with somepony who's supposed to be the head Doctor guy of... something.
Hopefully he can figure it out then.
What I don't understand is how I got these things since they are only in Africa, and I've never been outta the US.
I live in Lousianna state. The fartherest I've ever been is into Mississppi, Arkanasas, and a few miles into Ohio.
So how I got them I don't know any. If they've somehow migrated into the US we're all in trouble since these are bad.
I mean really bad here.
If left untreated, thay can kill you.

I agree, though I thought the soundtrack was amazing through out the whole game. Shame the ending couldn't be as amazing as the ending music <_<
