I generally win, provided its not against reapers. Reaper troops have the annoying habit of adding armor to themselves...things get bad after that...

Hmmm, at least the people I was in the game with didn't ignore me when I died, they always revived me lol Nice people, but in all honesty I just couldn't get into it. So I ignored it only to find in a small way it actually mattered to the SP even though we were promised it wouldn't impact SP

Well first of all ME wasn't supposed to be a multiplayer, it was made so only to hook up younger, new fans mainly, I myself hate multiplayer  i simply don't understand why I should get the highest scores and the greatest amount of gold/money etc., and I won't be forced and blackmailed by EA/BW to play it just to see my Shep breath in ME 3 ending. I've been playing this game for plot not for multiplayer.

Dont need to play MP for Sheps breath. Just need high EMS. I had 50% but with maxed EMS and got my Sheps breath the first play through.

I play MP for the ME3 "fix". I really cant start another storyline run =/ Just cant get interested in it knowing that nothing matters.

Yeah I agree, they need to keep track of their "promises" at least it would help them make their lies more adequate, and every single fan wouldn't be able to prove them lol.

See, this is why I'm not saying we've won. Even if they do promise a new ending, I won't believe anything they promise until I see the final product for myself. 
They did make a lot of promises and almost none of them were kept...

Thought I'de input my two cents about the ending since they "encourage it"

Anyway personally I don't mind Shepard died... in fact I expected it.  The problem I have is that Shepard has already given his life to stop the reapers.  He gave everything he had and no one listened.  In the end he had to clean up all the galaxies messes and gets screwed over.  I don't mind that he died, but he dies alone.  Alone in space.  A hero dies by himself after he saves the whole damn galaxy and for what... so everyone can live happily ever after?  Well a huge chunk of most of the races in the galaxy are now stranded on Earth, Shepard doesn't even get to see the world he made due to his actions, and his love interest is left all alone.  She doesn't even get to be with him in his last moments.  It just doesn't sit right with me, personally it feels as much as an injustice as the reapers attacking Earth.

(and when he does "live" we have no clue if he actually survives and what happens after that?  No closure)

Anyway thats my take on it.  As for the hallucination theory thats actually what I thought the first time around lol.  I was like hes gona snap out of it any minute now.  My team mates are right behind me after all.... which leads me to a major plot hole, wth happened to Sheps squad???  Did they just decide to bail out when you charged?  They are part of hammer team who was supposed to get into the citadel, aparently they don't charge with you because they say no one made it.  Two people made it, but they chose to enter the beam.  You would think your squad is dead, but wait a minute.  They hauled their butts back to the normandy and got into orbit (during a reaper fight) and jumped to FTL before the citadel blew???  If someone could explain this to me other than "Idon't know I guess they ran" then please do because I really want an answer on this.

I'd like to know the answer to that also since someone went into the code for SP and calculated there was not enough assets to reach the breath ending.

This has been a fairly common argument against us from what I've seen and it just makes no sense at all. Seriously how does behaving like a good consumer make us children? Colin Moriarty insults us and berates us directly so we say "Well if you're going to be an ass we can get our gaming media somewhere else" and if Bioware or any one else makes a game with an ending we dislike/bad game in general we don't have to purchase their products any more. This is how the free market works, how in the world is that a child's actions?

I enjoyed the hell out of your "ending" sir. (The fact that it matches my playthrough 99% doesn't hurt either) Thank you for writing that.
