Surely they have to announce something before PAX or all they're going to get at PAX will be questions about the ending, and if they don't have answers they're going to be given s***.

I think no matter what the questions at PAX are going to be about the ending.

I agree, so they're either going to have to make the reveal then, or before - otherwise they have to face angry fanbase face-to-face.

Yes we do. Then again, in a way it's relief, not having to say so much on subject anymore, since pretty much everything that can be said has been said. And now that I have typed this, Connery will come and scorn me, won't he :?

I have a tip, see if you go off topic try and weasel something ON topic into what you said.

For example: Oh yeah I really want LI babies.

But on another note I think the whole blue, green, red ending thing is ridiculous and we got left with no real choice. ;)

Speaking of babies and Krogan babies in particular.... do you think if say, for some reason a Krogan mother died... could by a stretch of the imagination, would Wrex concievably allow Shepard to adopt a Krogan? Odd question I know... but that would be awesome, in some way, a Krogan raised by Commander Shepard, would be like Grunt's cousin or something(in a manner of speaking, since Shepard technically "gave birth" to Grunt back in ME2....)

Of course he would. And he would hope for Shepard to raise another badass like himself ;)

Sorry I'm new to this cropping quote things (i'm sorry if I mixed up names and quotes)

I'd like my pink babies with Kaidan (and then some more pink babies with my other femshep and Vega )
But adopting Krogan babies would be just as awesome :D

I don't like the indoc theory either, it not only shows what could have been but it gives Bioware what they wanted and if it was true it would mean Bioware cheated us out of the ending and that would annoy me more than anything <_<

I could live with BW cheating us, if they added various endings than to live with this crap we currently have and never touch ME series again.

xD Good, cause I'm writing a Fanfic, where my Shep adopts some kids form different races, and has a pair of twins with her LI, Liara, and I was thinking of making one of the kids a Krogan. xD Headbut to the kneecap! Oh geez the trouble he will cause~!

Ok, if we win this war, you'll get a statue right in middle of Citadel, soldier. I have been here since... page 1600-ish and never did read anything before that and even I feel like there's just so much going on here

So statue for that, and for the art :kissing:

haha, this i want to see :D but let's see if this even proves usefull.. i'm probably just waisting my time anyway :'D

Nothing new. Although apparently that app that explains the making of ME3 has in it that Casey admits the ending wasnt meant to bring closure, just meant to invoke "feelings" in the playerbase. Pretty much it.

what? that.. someone kick this guy in the shins when they ever see him somewhere. :(
that's just starting to become incredibly cruel. hell.. the day i ever actually buy something from bioware/ea.

I would rather live with them just messing up. (Which is what I truly believe anyway)

Sorry for reposting link but think previous post got sunk under simultaneous posts.
Looks like the pr speak of actions effecting outcome was on the money during development.
Look at what got cut when they went for the march deadline: http://www.reddit.co...nding_spoilers/ ' class='bbc_url' title='Lien externe' rel='nofollow external'> http://www.reddit.co...nding_spoilers/

If they messed up we may not get various endings, only better explanation and closure to current endings. This would make most users abandon ME series and BW all together.

I do really hope BW is aware of that.

Indoc is pretty much provable theory. Though I don't like it much -- it shows how much can be/could've been added to the ME.

Sadly, I'm fairly certain you're all wrong. No way in hell would Bioware still be adament that the ending was legit after such backlash, if it was in fact a staged thing.

I stated it back many-a pages. "The joke's gone too far." Would apply if Bioware is, in fact, using a faux ending.
The one (i mean 16) ending(s) you see is what you are going to get. Bioware has made not indication that they would revise the ending.

[objectiveness-ishy]
And no, don't quote that blog post. Anyone can see they are pulling the government version of "can neither confirm nor deny".

Do I want to be wrong? Yes.
Am I? No.

Why do I say that? Because most of you will still buy EA games. And most ME fans will still buy the DLCs slated for ME3.

Need some proof that companies know you better than you know yourself?

How many players "stayed quit" after Blizzard cancelled the plan to use Real ID for their forums?
How many refused to buy EA games after it went public that EA forum bans were also banning players from playing games that required a valid EA account?

Who here is going to buy DA3, even though you hate the ME3 ending?
[/objectiveness-ishy]

I wont buy any ME DLC that isn't ending first.

Also, I will not purchase DA3 if this ME3 debacle isn't sorted before.

Bioware's track record at producing quality game whilst under EA's wing has been poor. Exception of ME2 but I credit that to Drew Karpyshyn's writing ability.

One thing that I don't like about the indocrination theory is the after effects of it - am I remembering right that people say that they don't feel as if their mind is their own even after breaking free of indoctrination? But then at this point I want Shepard to come out of this whole ordeal happy healthy etc etc

As do I because honestly? I don't want to be forced into never buying a bioware game again (well maybe pre-owned for like $10 or something) but I won't buy DLC if they don't fix this right.
Dont think I could avoid EA games they seem to do a lot and quite a few of them I like lol.

They left all the cut ending dialogue in the files. We know what the ending was supposed to be now.

Tali's also the only female teammate and LI from 1+2 who isn't a) using you at the beginning, or B) is forced to work with you on the grounds of the chain of command. Lets face it, everyone else is in it for some other reason, she was in for the sake of being in from the beginning. Most teammates have it similar in this way, hell, even Garrus was technically using you in the beginning.

How was Liara ''using'' you in the beginning?
