Over two weeks and I'm still just as angry as when I first completed this game. Honestly, if you need a reminder of what we're fighting for just go back and play the game from london to ending again.
It's actually the most amazing fumble of all time, really. They managed to destroy an entire IP in 5 minutes, and that's pretty impressive. Three games and over 150 hours of bliss within the Mass Effect universe, and it's destroyed in the very last 5 minutes? That's gotta be some kind of record.
So true mate. This is all just unbelievable what they did to this beautiful, perfect universe. Also 2 weeks for me and I'm still in Destroy-Mode.

Still can't get over how shiny Shepard is in ME1 lol (like a barbie)
Also, how old is Shepard supposed to be? I mean in ME3 they go on about her/him being an old solider...what is it like the 11th century? where you're ancient at 30? lol
He enlisted at age 18 and from the timeline in the codex Shep is about 38, if I remember correctly (Please correct me if I'm wrong!), so he has been fighting wars for 20 years. I'd say that makes him an old soldier, though not an old guy. ^^
Shepard was born 11.04.1154. so (s)he is 32 years old by the events of the ME3 (and 29 during ME)
Shouldn't we subtract the 2 years he's been dead?

30, since she/he missed the two years in between ME1 and ME2... You can't age if your dead. At least I don't think you can....

That's what I figured. At least in my mind there was a 2-4 year gap between the two of them.

huh... then why is it that Asari seem to disdain humans for having short lifespans, when there favorite pets, the turians, have the same length of life as a human?

Probably about the same if they don't die from illness. It's not something they really touch on from what I know even in the codex. Unlike the asari and salarians where it's pretty much stated in broad daylight their average lifespans.

Channel that fury at Bioware. Honestly, I'm not going to let them live this down, either. I'm not going away and I'm sure as hell not giving up on this Retake movement. Anyone who genuinely cares about this franchise the way I do should never stop fighting Bioware for doing this.

Because like Liara said in ME1 the asari take a philosophical approach to it. They know most races (other than the krogan) will die before them.
