While I am inclined to believe Jessica, I don't forget she is a part of Bioware, it would be more than her jobs worth to come out and say it's true, she can only give one answer, an answer that supports the company.Benathorn wrote...
Jessica pretty much disporved that it was true. If you go back on the thread you will see her twitter post that someone asked her which indicated she was not stressing over this rumor.

You mean they could possibly make it even worse? With that ending they made tons of fans sad disappointed and upset at times. Many gaming portals (and reviewers) lowered the game's rating because of that. They would need to try REALLY hard to make it worse. But if they actually menage to anger people more, Bioware will need to change their logo to this : 2noob.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/BioWare.png

If you are feeling sad about the ending...try this.

That you enjoyed the ending is a good thing, but I do need to ask, your Li steps off the normandy and does not ask where Shepard is, shows no signs of grieving, the whole scene is like Shepard never even existed.macrocarl wrote...
The ending made me sad but I just assumed everyone got on the Normandy after picking the 'green' ending. While an extra bit to see then running on board or whatever would be cool, for my Shep seeing a cut scene with his main squeeze Liara stepping out of crashed Normandy was enough for me to realize she lived and everyone was safe. I understand others probably have different romances, different choices etc. but for me the ending was sad, but awesome.

What abut that one that gives you new options when you're talking to the kid in the prolouge?I like that one....
On a side note: I saw a ten year old boy with a gray hoodie on earlier when I was out shopping for food.... I wanted to go over and start ****ing at him about how much I hated the Godchild, oh and I kinda wanted to punch him too...
Way to go Bioware, you've made me dislike kids even more than I already do... particularly ones that wear grey hoodies!

i do feel we are going to get an ME4 and it will be a continuation of ME3 (after they released the DLC and fixed the f**king endings of course)TSC_1 wrote...
You know, with all this talk about ME4, I think this bears mentioning: I will be royally ticked if we get everything we want with the ME3 endings... and then Bioware treats the Shepard dead/Starchild/space magic/mass relays destroyed/LI and crew stranded ending we currently have as cannon back story for the next ME game. Royally ticked. I can't imagine they'd be foolish enough to pull that at this point, but I do think it's important that we tell Bioware it would be unacceptable.
Make sure to mention it in your e-mail if you agree with me during the mass e-mail campaign tomorrow, folks?

I hope not, series usually start to go
downhill after 3 titles. I think they made the right choice ending this
branch of the story when they did (just not the right choice on how to
end it), and If they do a new ME, I want it to be a seperate experience.

There are just too many inconsistencies and continuity errors in the end for me to believe it was just sloppy work. I mean, there's being lazy with an ending, and then there's being LAZY!
I might expect something not to add up if it was a rush job, but not the whole ending.
My favourite was the pistol of never-ending ammunition. But then there's the fact you see dead people coming out of the Normandy, Joker still limping from his bone disease even after he's been made part-synthetic, the robot DNA spiel and so on.
Too many errors to be made by mistake, if you ask me. ONly a deliberate effort could screw it up that badly. And if it was deliberate, then it isn't a screw-up.
And we've all been had.

This, so much this!
BioWare should read this...
The only thing I disagree with in that review is that the bad ending alone will be good. I expect to see a variety of endings, depending on your previous actions. So, pure happy ending should be also included among all others.
This is seriously the best blog about the ME3 ending that I've read so far. I cannot agree more with this writer. Apart from the point where he basically says ME3 HAS to have a sad ending where Shepard and crew HAVE to die. I do not agree with this at all. ME has always been about choice so there should have definitely been a way to get a 'good' or 'happy' ending where Shepard and crew survive. Other than that. Excellent read. Seriously EVERYONE who is even remotely familiar with ME3 should see this.
I agree with all of this!
