It gives a bad taste reading some parts of that compilation.

I did send a small script-treatment to BW, but I really think some things should be added to the ending. Like a final battle, where you would take into consideration all the things you know about your asset's capabilities. For example:

- In ME2, Tali comments how the Migrant Fleet is a formidable force fighting from above, but how the Quarians wouldn't be suited for a direct assault, like shock troopers.

Small "hints" like that are all over ME. There are some about most every possible assets, like where would you place the Rachni in case of a war etc.

So, I think Shep, in the final battle, as the one who knows every asset, and commands the necessary respect with them, should help make the choices about where to put them. And that would have major consequences. If you decided to put the Quarians in the front line, they could be almost extinct, or suffer major losses. And with decisions like that, you could maybe loose the war, or at least have a different ending. Maybe taking responsibility for all those losses.

But if you made the correct choices, the final part of the war (in my treatment there were big showdowns with TIM, Harby before that point) would go much easily, and through a well-thought fight, you would achieve better endings.

These ideas would take into account every decision you ever made, and still make you fully participate in the ending choices.

It's these kinds of things that I was expecting from ME3, after you've done so much in the first 2, and made all those choices. You let whole species die or survive. This has to be taken into account not only for future ME titles, or for an "epilogue" (or explanation of the finale), but to a real ending for Shep and everything he did.

I think there's actually a Google Doc somewhere around with that.  Good luck finding the link though... hopefully someone else has it... *makes note to check Mr Bond's links next time around*

Eh. Georgia's not so great. Too many people living here. I much prefer my original state of Pennsylvania. That way, I wouldn't be one of the first to die as the rEApers take over populated centers. I will take that as a compliment, however.

I actually saw it referenced in one of the more recent media posts.. I've never used Google Docs... I'm assuming there's a search function in them though... it is Google after all.  I'll see if I can take a look later if no one else finds it before

That's the International Criminal Court.  UN Headquarters is on Presidential Ave on the east side of Manhattan Island of NYC

We're referring to the one that had the list of claims as to what the ending was and what it actually contained... I haven't read this one yet... and already I'm like "oooh I didn't even THINK of that"

FYI: I posted a thread talking about a DLC ending proposal / compromise that I came up with. It's basically the "What If" proposal that I've posted before but never got much feedback on.

I'd be curious to hear what you think about it and if it's something that you could accept AND if you think it might be something that Bioware would accept.
