I know that the talk about 'riots' is meant in jest, but it can be taken the wrong way. So lets stop before someone ends up giving us a bad image please.

okay then; just to clarify: i don't support riots, nor do i encourage them.

My fault, sorry. I brought it up because I was actually concerned that we may see some bad behaviour.

But anyways, what did you guys like about the ending? Besides, you know, Space Magic
....is there even anything to like about the ending?

ok a bit of advice if anyone is going to pax to protest.
1)- BE CIVIL
2)- BE CLEAR
3)- no screaming death threats
4)- DO NOT block public pathways, the cops will arrest you for that
5)- no screaming foul language
6)- under no circumstances get physical with ANY OF THE PAX STAFF
7)- if you have leaflets make sure they have the mission statment and what you are REQUESTING, never put DEMAND as it makes us sound like were spoiled brats, its better to REQUEST
8)- TAKE a bucket along with you for charity donations, yes you might be protesting but whos to say you cant raise cash for charity while your at it.
9)- NO ALCOHOL AND NO ILLEGAL DRUGS NONE AT ALL
EVERYONE who is going must have a CLEAR LIST of questions and EVERYONE MUST HAVE THE SAME ONES
the reason for this is IF and i mean IF any of you are invited in to be at the BioWare panel.
have as many cameras there as possible incase something happens which is NOT your fault (keeps your asses covered)
if the police come down and tell you to move away make sure you move to an area which is public property
be nice to members of the public and be respectful to members of the public and if ANY of the other people who are at PAX come over and talk to you then do so in a clear and concise way, no rambling, make sure everything is set out correctly as you MIGHT be interviewed by the press
if any of you have "RETAKE MASS EFFECT" T-shirts, wear them
maruder shields t-shirts a must BUT remember this, Bioware could claim copyright but it was the fans who invented him so its in a sense public property.
so if your going PLEASE PLEASE be careful ad dont swear or ge

Yeah, I know that and so (I assume) does anyone else on the board. However comments can be taken out of context, and humour doesn't always translate well in written form. I've seen flame-wars spring up on message sites because the humour wasn't apparent...and you have to figure that someone will read what you say and try to use it to paint us as an aggressive bunch of 'whiners' intent on making trouble.

Not really riot but just...preventing people from doing a riot.

There is a group on BSN for the people who are going to PAX. You should join it and send them this.
