is something wrong if i liked just standing there next to the god child and let the crucible be destroyed? i think thats the best ending

I don't think thats wrong I think it merciful.

Ditto. Had I realized that was an option, it's the one I would have gone with.

Not really riot but just...preventing people from doing a riot.

But anyways, what did you guys like about the ending? Besides, you know, Space Magic :wizard:

....is there even anything to like about the ending?

I like that part......where.......you know, when.........

Nope, I'm drawing a blank. :pinched:

Just send my e-mail, I hope they read it.

BTW, I think the walking out idea is a good one.

drawing a blank as well. the soundtrack was amazing, but i didn't actually expect anything else from clint mansell..
uhm.. yeah. the talk with anderson. but i guess that's been established already. but from there on? the whole game pretty much hits a schoolbus. on bring your pet to school day.
there's a lot of screams, a lot of anger, frustration, depression and confusion, but it stops contributing anything positive. sure, it's something you can't forget no matter how many hours of therapy you go through, but it's something you don't actually want to remember.

I love ME so much that I catch myself daydreaming about playing 1 through 3. But then I remember the endings, and realize how impossible is to re-play a game where decisions were supposed to matter, but then... not! The (bad) endings are the same, no matter what you did.

I really wanted to play them all again. But won't play anymore. Not if nothing is done about the endings. What a disgrace to the games they were!

I know that the talk about 'riots' is meant in jest, but it can be taken the wrong way. So lets stop before someone ends up giving us a bad image please.

Email sent, Tweeting, Holding the line here (even though I feel my posts are invisible or getting lost in the hay stack lol)...

I wonder if any indi programmers would mind modding - or whatever you call it - a "new" ending if Bioware decides to stick with the one they put out (again, I believe you can hardly say we got 3 endings, not to mention 16)?

Well, the SSV Undecided are refusing to drink the tea provided by the American fleet.

Really knew we should've just dumped the tea and grabbed some coffee.

On a side note lets keep this as civil as is humanly possible guys, no need to discuss riots. Lets keep the thread going.

Further side note: I recall someone asking about anything good in the ending. I gotta say I love that they got Buzz Aldrin to play a part. I mean how epic is that? Buzz Aldrin. The second man on the Moon Buzz Aldrin. Awesome. That said plotholes, inconsistancy with lore, etc, etc, you all know the drill.

Holding the line.

You can fast travel to any page of a thread by replacing the number after the last slash with the page number. ;-)

This is page number 2479 (current): http://social.biowar...ex/9512916/2479
This will lead you to page 760: http://social.biowar...dex/9512916/760

oh. no, there's nothing actually. it's just where i am while trying to pull the 'most important' posts from the whole thread.. which is a rather stupid idea in retrospect. should have thought that one through.
