If they do comic book wrap up, it will be like dark horse thing with omega and at the end tells me to buy dlc..... I haven't turned on my Xbox since I beat the game....

If Bioware even wants to give the smallest semblance of listening to their fanbase they won't do some cheap comic wrap up.

I have never seen any group yell louder, or break apart as much **** as this group has in so short a time. Even the "outcry" if you could even call it that for Fallout was a muted thing.

This has reached HUGE proportions and Bioware knows that all eyes are on them. From both the fans, critics and media outlets alike. I'm fairly sure that unless EA actually tells them "****it" and they decide to gamble with their recovery from this by ignoring us  they will actually make a REAL DLC for the endings. Now the only question is will it be up to snuff?

Because even though I can see the damage of removing a lead writer and a director from the project at this stage. I am no longer comfortable with the thought of either Mac walters or Casey Hudson in charge of the creative process anymore.

Group hasn't broken apart persay - people are still checking in - but its more of a holding pattern - BW knows this - I've been watching twitter - the ending sucks still outway the I liked the endings easily 4 to 1 on there alone - same with facebook - a lot move to http://www.holdtheline.co/  from the PR thread.....

BW hated that thread as we countered everything they did easily and saw we did - moving it there I still think wasn't the best idea but - almost means BW can't shut down the thread ;)

Well, i do feel rage, however, one thing is having some rage moments... another is writing in rage... you know, to write normally you need to think about it. So if you write offenses it's because you "wanted" to write that, not because you were in a rage moment..

I prefer to fight with my mind, i do not like the me3 endings like the others here do. But fighting with your soul is better than using harsh words to the develop (for me at least). ;)

I'm with you on that.  On both sides of the argument there are outbursts of ad hominem, but if you are articulate enough to pull it off you can call them an idiot without others noticing.  It's a term I call "word chess".

Though there is a lot of condescension from all sides at this point.  I actually can't wait for the fever pitch.  Even if I don't like what I'm told I figured I'd stay and through volatile nitro glycerine into the mix just to make things interesting.  Then say it was for science.

The more articles etc that are published and the more that I think about it, the weirder this whole situation seems. Unless Casey Hudson had a total meltdown at the end - which I don't think he did - it just doesn't make sense when you look at the rest of the game. Also, the one line that is really starting to annoy me is how all these journalists keep saying about how this would be setting a bad precedent. Looking into it, so many games have changed things because of fan feedback - Broken Steel is the obvious one but didn't Uncharted change some of the gun mechanics of their game because the fans didn't like it?

Hi everyone,

just came to see for few minutes to see waht is going on and I saw that:

They failed on that exacution though - one of the biggest reasons; Ipad app - that app should of been on all platforms; not just Ipad - they had several things you could do on it.  Messages from LI after the game ended which hints your alive and in the hospital.  Almost no one saw them though.  PR did what they could through Twitter - but honestly that app could of been used for so much more PR - more hints - it would of been able to somewhat hold back the tide.

Is that true? :D I mean if Ipad app gives stuff like that, then maybe it just a monstrous scheme from the beginning.

If Mass Effect has taught you anything it is that science and logic will always be defeated by space magic so be careful when you try that lol

I doubt it will be free.

To be honest, I'd prefer it NOT to be free.

If they decide early on to make it free they'll cut corners to cut costs. I'd prefer they do everything RIGHT and if I have to pay for the damn thing I'll pay. I wont be HAPPY that I'm paying for WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE ALREADY.

But I'll be happy that it'll be done RIGHT and PROPERLY.

Of course, if they charge me and its still ****, its the last dime they're ever seeing from me.

You know... i've played with bioware games for some years... ME series is the second "series" who is really worth re-playing.

Baldur's gate was fantastic and re-playable a lot.
Neverwinter nights 1 was nice, but it had a really great MP
Neverwinter nights 2... =/ buyed, played, ended using it, never re-installed again =/
DA 1, tryed... didn't like it
DA 2, haven't tryed.

So... we will see about it, i will probably try some of their games at some friends house, if they make it bad
If they make it right, i will see about the future. <_<

Word does make auto-save (if you don't change it).
If you have saved at least the name you can find a temporary file too... (maybe), the name is the same, it changes the extension of it, like .~doc or something like that... on the same folder if i recall correctly...

Also again, I'll ask for peoples opinions on something that's semi important to my fic, and that is, what the heck is the thing that Shep shoots when she/he destroys the rEApers and synthetics?

But my science has nothing to do with space magic.  And besides in my mind those events never happened.  The kid was told to screw off and shep left as she watched the fleet take on the Reapers.  True story.

Some kind of signal transmitter that communicates with the reapers - first thing that popped into my head.

Its not; most of them are morons - sorry don't mean to be insulting; but as a writer - all my writing classes in college and university - and also doing my other degree in CIS computer information science.

If you're going to publish something; you better damn well do research otherwise it comes back to bite you and makes you look like an idiot.  Most of these people are not idiots though - so it comes down to just being lazy....

Say its the citadel's main processing/Masss Effect core. Or at least a Really important part of it.

The whole thing was based on space magic so don't expect alot of people to understand. :P

No one knows. It's the "Extra Special Only Place You Can Shoot With A Pistol And Start A Chain Reaction That Destroys The Galaxy" Conduit.

Oh Everything in London I pretty retconned and I'm going hand wave and explain through some flashbacks...

"The most authentic thing about us is our capacity to create, to overcome, to endure, to transform, to love and to be greater than our suffering." - Ben Okr

Pulled this from you FF.net  Page... now if Bioware play this angel and theme the  Endings would have been far better.
