I assume not because every race is different just kompare krogans with volus. Krogans do have a lot more "Biomase" than volus, so i believe they need like 200.000 units to make a Reaper, and in ME2 they don't made a 0815 Reaper it was a Human-reaper. May be a Human-reaper need more or less biomase, we just don't know. The only thing we know for sure, there numbers MUST increase other wise the "Reaper movement" would have ended some circles ago.
So we can't get the ending we want after all?

when the "leak" of the script happend bioware "listened" to the fans.
a week later bioware staff did some interviews with some websites but QJ they said "yes we listen to the fans but we just ignore them" (i put that in terms we know the actual statment was filled with long words that belong with the architect in the matrix movies)
so they "revised" the endingm the origonal ending was that javik turned out to be the catalyst since h is the embodyment of vengence and is seeking vengence against the reapers but it turns out he has an alterior motive.
to cut a long story short your choices did affect this bit and javik was the one that was supposed to die and not shepard.
because of a script leak bioware decided to punish ALL the fans for reading a "leaked" script, way to go bioware, you f**ked us over for your own mistakes.
you say you listen to the fans yet you also admit that you ignore us.
THE ONLY PEOPLE YOU LISTEN TO ARE THE GUYS IN SUITS WHO WANT MORE MONEY.
i am so pissed off because the origonal script was much more awesome, so many more missions and from notes added to it made it look and sound more consice more coherant and most of the plot holes were filled in and explaned.
i REALLY need to try and find the weblink on pastebin that has it, btw the date in the post on pastebin was october 6th and the admition of the leak was mid november when they said it was leaked on the first week of november so yeah......you messed up YET AGAIN.
bioware there have been a LOT OF GAMES whos endings were changed weeks if not MONTHS after the release of the game because those COMPANYS listened to the fans.
bethesta actually got local fans INTO THE GAME STUDIO who knew the score and knew what everyone wanted and in real time they were telling them what happend and what needed changed and they did it in real time in front of them.
you see bioware YOU CAN REDEEM YOURSELF REINSTATE THE ORIGIONAL SCRIPT we all know shepard was supposed to live and those endings, good god those 3 coloured endings were EXPOSED in january 2011 and HARD CORE fans who you "listen" to told you not to do it and yet you ignored there plea's.
it takes a bit of digging to find a pure script and all the ones i have seen are all the same, some are way mixed up so yeah, FIX THE GAME we now nolonger REQUEST a change we now DEMAND a change.

I would rather watch the ending of ME3 again than go to the dentistbut lol, that is strange....wonder what made you think starchild, green, red and blue is somehow associated with pain and drilling

goto pastebin, and any posts from january 201 to november 7th 2011 about mass effect 3 will show you a lot of returns but you can spot ME3 posts, one has the hammerhead cinimatic, others are sections of each major part of me3, theres maybe 7 or 8 that covers the ENTIRE thing but a majoity of them all have javik as the catalyst and its him who is ment to die, some of them have the endings cut, but the one from january 2011 shows they had the coloured endings set in stone even back then, so they had so much time to fix it but dident and to use the "they dident have time" to fix it is just bull****
