And that's the real challenge, we can only hope that folk can walk away if things get real heated.

I would say the best things the people at PAX can do is come prepared with knowledge.

1) Print off the Dev quotes. The most devistating thing you can do is hold them to their words. They can't hide behind art when they made a product description. If you buy a product based on the description but receive a different product then thats a bait and switch.

2) Print off a fresh screenshot of the IGN poll. A screenshot gives you a date and time so no one can claim its old data. Also the IGN poll is best because it was made by a 3rd part that happens to support BW. If you wanna get really impressive calculate the week 1 sales of 3.3mil and give them the poll ratio and the estimated market ratio.

3) Have a summary of your ending complaints. If I could afford to go I would make a small summary of Angry Joe's Top 10 Reasons We Hate the ME3 Endings. This just helps to organize your thoughts.

Again There are people already going to Pax East that will be doing this - we don't need splinter groups - there is forum Pax East something....I know the guy that organising it is somewhere in this forum also.....whiskey has removed his name right now...

i started to think that the ending was a massive PR stunt after i saw so many videos, so many theroys and most  of al, the silence from bioware.

they knew we would kick up a stink BUT they never knew that it would hit international news and more,
they never knew it would then affect sales
they never knew it would affect EA stock
they never knew that EA AND AMAZON would offer full refunds

yep bioware did a PR stunt thats went so bad they cant bring themself to say "sorry we screwed up".

we DO KNOW the voice actors behind the male and female shepards have now been pulled in AHEAD of schedule for the DLC recordings due to the uproar this PR stunt has done.
i think bioware will announce a DLC which will answer EVERYTHING (as far as we know).

at PAX i think bioware will come clean in some shape or form and admit they made the ending the way it is to make cash.
IF they did admit it then EVERY other buisnessman, game developer even mainstream websites were all right in what they collectivly said "this is the worst buiseness stratigy EVER created" (well they all said it diffrent ways but they all mean the same thing)

but lets hope bioware gets some major heat at PAX, lets see them all sweat

As I said earlier - BW came out - Look - we hinted but not enough - we wanted to immurss you even more into the game - we have full dlc ending - its almost done or is done etc - I said it better before a couple pages back......
Its Free - its coming to you guys/gals - I hope you understand what we tried to do etc.......

I'd stand back and applaud them - I think most would too and understand what they were trying to do......When business starts to actually realise just how smart gamers are - the fact that we don't play by the old business rules nor will we.  Talk to us freely - we will understand - we may not like the answers we get......:)

I don't think BW was planning on charging for the ending - I do think they tried to pull off an insanely brillant stunt; but they ran out of time.....

Without that app on other platforms - there was no way to spread the PR  - that is where they failed.....

I don't see why that would matter. You're looking for a show of numbers, not organization. If a "splinter group" can hold itself calmly and efficiently then I see no reason to discourage people.

Agreed, everyone stands silently then turns and walks to the exit as one, this of course assumes Bioware gives bad news or no news.

It's not only the most respectful thing to do, but I think a visualization of the solidarity of the group could be a profound eye opener.

*Bangs head on desk* I've been to Pax East - No it wouldn't - as I've said - small theaters; a lot of people won't get it; they see a bunch of people leaving.........Extremely Pissed off People - Those that we could of convinced; not any more cause you just ^"^£ them out of a seat.....

It will give ammo to saying we're acting babish; entitled and whining.   The best thing which we have people already doing.  In the Q/A ask them a couple respectful questions; then listen and show who's dodging the questions; and we're actually willing to listen.

Anything else will create PR storm not for BW but for us......

Just remember to show up with your pairs attached. If they don't give any news, don't chicken out at that point, that's the major hurdle to jump in this protest plan. No doubt a group of you will sit there thinking "I'm going to be the only one to stand up" and I can assure you that there are sufficient numbers of people who intend to walk should things do pear-shaped, it's all about faith now, if they don't say anything and any number above 20% of the audience leaves, then that's the equivalent of a sharp left hook to the cheek to Bioware.

But frankly, that's not the point, if you don't recieve news or aren't satisfied with what they say, then you walking out for your own reasons, be it you cannot tolerate their stalling and irritating speech any more or you are leaving the franchise for dead, it's your choice, but if you ain't satisfied, make sure that Bioware knows that when you leave.

Hold the line.
Grover and out.

pssst then stop telling ppl not to post stuff, the only way this thread gets locked is if we start spouting hate, look at other threads, some have way more images and some have pyramids higher than the ones in egypt.

so please stop i know your wanting to keep it looking tidy but theres a diffrence between asking and demanding and your moving to the demand side slowly

You can do it regardless of status.  She just says she's sharing her memories with you as a way of saying goodbye.

So the part where she hold onto Shepard's arm, and rests her head on his/her shoulders also happens to everyone?
