I've been playing ME1 but I am actually enjoying doing so again. Just trying to put ME3's ending to the back of my mind while playing. Every now and then though I yell at the tv when someone mentions "Hope" ect lol

Mass Effect 3's ho-hum finale is now a low point in video games
"Whether EA forced a change in the storyline to milk DLC sales or BioWare truly packaged and published such a lackluster resolution, the makers of Mass Effect 3 have their own suicide mission to undertake: Either change the ending and admit the game as released was only 99 percent complete, or accept the fact that your core audience thinks you're a pack of idiots."

Yeah I agree with you, the ending really was just like some weird pod person wrote it or something.
And nope it's not wrong, but not too sure you could kick a ghost in the head without falling flat on your face lol.

Or they just didn't expect us to stand up like this. They know fans will complain, always do. The perfect scores given by the mainstream game sites would hopefully drown out the complaints of the unsatisfied and BW could pretend like nothing happened (points to DA2). But I don't think anyone could have foreseen this 'organized' (in a sense) campaign.
They may be awed and surprised by our unity, but even if fandom didn't come together like this, they would be killing milking cow IF they haven't prepared themselves. Their move with endings - if accidental - would be as much against simple business logic as possible. No sane manager - let alone powerful, worldwide corporation - would allow something like this.
I just want to say that the more I think about it, the more it seems to me that Bioware is following carefully planned marketing strategy. THEY achieved first target - got worldwide attention.
Now they may move to second target - make fans happy.
That way the can score two targets.
You miss the bigger point here. If this was a publicity stunt they will loose a lot of people too. How many people have become depressed over this? How many people have devoted time to fixing this? I for one have limited time and don't appreciate being jerked around. I'm not pre- ordering the next Bioware product already.
They are producing a product for consumption, not a serial TV show with a season cliffhanger. They do not have the right to release an incomplete product and expect no repercussions.

That was pretty much me, but I spent my time going "WTF" over and over to my self while watching the credits. When I finally got the will to skip the rest, the stargazer came on and I just lost it.

You know, I think the "Breathing in the rubble" scene was supposed to tell people, but they simply just overreacted way to quickly before considering facts.
